Games that are announced but never arrive

PS2 Pnantasy Star Collection
Final Fantasy 64 (became VII, but tottaly different than the original)
Dragon Warrior V, Game was localized and everything but never released, recently imported the japanese version
Dragon Quest IV (PSOne), same thing as V, even appeared on back of the VII manual
 
Phantasy Star's collection of games DID come out...sorta. Japan got remakes of Phantasy Star and Phantasy Star II. *Supposedly* a collection of all four is coming out in Japan. Sega never bothered to fawkin' bring them out here.

"Final Fantasy 64" was NOT a game. Nor was it ever announced. It was a tech demo just to display how to make 3D sprites for the N64. Pretty obvious when it featured Locke, Shadow and Terra.
