I checked around google with no list for sure. I was wondering if anybody has an actual list of the games (newer like heavy rain and older like Warhawk) that actually use the SixAxis. My controller died today so I bought a Logitech Precision controller with no tilt control. All info would be appreciated! Thanks!

The only one in my collection that I know is mandatory is Super Rub A Dub.

The ones that I own that are either mandatory or optional (don't remember off-hand) are the first Ratchet and Clank on PS3, Uncharted 1, Heavenly Sword, Infamous, and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1.

MLB The Show has optional Sixaxis controls for sliding, jumping, and diving, although 99% of people leave that off (which it is by default.)

Of course Lair is the most infamous game with mandatory Sixaxis. Basically any PS3 game before 2008 will probably have some type of Sixaxis in that may or may not be optional, while any game that has it after 2008 will most likely be optional.
Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction had it for certain parts of the gameplay.
you could also just use the analog stick too. i had to for those stupid dancing pirate parts.

This was made optional with the patch / dragon dlc for the game.

A game to add: Folklore.

You may want to try the Rocketfish controller from Best Buy for PS3. The springs for the L2/R2 triggers are a bit weak and not very pressure sensitive and the PS button takes some 'loosening' before it becomes all that useful, but it's a great third party controller with a built in battery, rumble, 'Touchsense'(aka SixAxis) and best of all it's Bluetooth so no shitty USB dongle clogging up a USB port.

Here's a stock finder link(checked your area already n the site said Port Richey had some in stock): http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=pcat17006&type=page&skuId=9443809&_requestid=61809

Here's the SKU number for them: 9443809

Even if the BB site says they're NOT in stock they might still have 1-2 of them. One of my closer BB stores had a couple in stock but they were listed as OOS online.

These controllers are only $9.99 if you can find them in store, so it's ALOT cheaper than grabbing a new Dual Shock 3 for $54.99.

Picking up Two (If they have two) today for that price. Thanks so much for this!

Also, thanks to everybody else for the help. Also, Heavy Rain uses it as well.

Sorry I didn't mention Heavy Rain, but I thought you already knew since it was in your OP. Forgot about Flower and Flow.
Rag Doll Kung Fu is pretty fun especially for a PSN game.
eh it was only fun because it was free lol.

You're quite welcome. It is a pretty damn good controller(though set up like the 360 controller with the left analog stick n D-Pad switched)for $10.

Mind you, the battery life seems a bit suspect too, but then again I tend to use my controllers for 6-7 hours a night many nights and even the DS3's battery gets drained quicker after that long of a session.

Yah, I use mine for awhile as well. For 10 bucks. I'm not complaining honestly. I like the feel of it. Only thing I WISH it had was the PS3 thumb sticks and not the 360 Thumb sticks. I actually put PS3 thumbsticks onto my 360 since I find them more comfortable. But hey, I bought 2 controllers for 20 bucks. Awesome Deal honestly. Thanks again guys! Time for some Heavy Rain and other games you guys listed!!

Well, I played the demo and then ended up buying the full version lol... there are other modes in the full version which is pretty fun, especially multiplayer. But yeah, other than that it's pretty decent for a cheap game.

I guess it's before you joined, but Sprint gave out free copies of it last summer.

Ohhh, damn! lol

Exactly. I played Ragdoll Kung Fu for about a month or two before I got bored with it and deleted it from my PS3. For the low, low, low price of FREE I didn't lose anything but my time I spent trying to play it.

How're these third party controllers working for ya, Vulcan? I've been testing one myself for over a week now.I've noticed the triggers springs are a bit weaker than the DS3, the PS button needs to be 'broke in' before it'll work right without alot of fidgeting with it and the battery life leaves something to be desired, but for $10 it's still a damn good controller.

I like it really. My only complaint is the thumb sticks. Also, when I play Infamous, My one finger really hurts after a while after hitting the R1 trigger a lot. But honestly, I bought two of them. So I spent 20 bucks. I think one is easily worth 20. I did try to open it up and see if i could replace the thumbsticks but no luck. So Now I'm done to one. But If I need more, the New Port Richey Store had a whopping 40 of them.

Forty? WHOA!

I figured my local stores would've had a ton of them as well, but I guess many people bought them at $47.99.

I kept hoping that BB would've clearanced the Logitech Mediaboard that's Bluetooth enabled like I think Target did a while back, but no such luck. Then again, my one old USB keyboard works just fine for my liking.
