Hm, I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this before...
I ordered the GTA: Double Pack (xbox) when it was $20. I chose free shipping and placed the order. The order was placed on October 20th. It took a while to ship out, but it finally did. However, I never recieved the package. So last week I called customer service and inquired about why I had not recieved it yet. They said it must have been lost and they will mail me an affidavit for me to fill out to get either a refund or actually recieve the item I ordered.
So, has anyone gone through this before, and if so, how did it go?
