Gamestop.com download?

I bought Elite for Modern Warfare 3 online around 12 hours ago. I bought the game as well, it's getting overnighted and should be here this afternoon.

After my order, they sent me an email saying that I could download elite from my order history page. No download link, no code. Where am I supposed to download this from?

isnt call of duty elite a free downloadable hub for the xbox?

The hub is free and you download it through the XBox. The premium membership is just like buying a Live subscription code and you enter it like any other XBox code, boom premium Elite.

I bought the premium Elite for $50 bucks. They said in the email that all of my installation instructions would be in the order history page, and there is nothing about installing there.
