ummm something in your story doesnt add up.... so your saying you got 3 brand new sealed games and things were missing....
they have to be sealed cause you said in your own words..... Gamestop is not allowed to sel unsealed items....
or did you buy bioshock and ratchet used.. if they were used there is no way your going to get a 100% of everything when you buy used.
why wouldnt their trade in policy be supply and demand...they are not going to buy 10000 copies of sprung for the ds... and if people took better care of games would not have anything to do with vaule... and even if it did a normal person would never see it..
Game A is now worth 15 bucks ..... well people would pay 20 bucks if the game is better taken care of..
who is to say gamestop would increase the trade in vaule of Game A even if people paid 20... they would just pocket the extra 5 as profit..
but if you walked into the store and picked up 3 brand new sealed games.. and then came walking into the store i would think something was up.... i would of never gave your cash back or even credit back after the 3rd time...i would hand replacement games to you...Made you open them up in the store... to them it seems your Stealing the extra items..
cause like you said if they can sell UNSEALED ITEMS how would your DLC be used
AC:Brotherhood and Bioshock 2 LE were not sealed, only Ratchet and Clank was sealed, I returned it along with the others out of frustration, I didn't open R&C. after I took AC back, they sold me a game with the new label on bioshock 2 LE, I checked it in the car. I never said anything was missing from R&C, took it back because I got mad. I seriously doubt there is a supply of of 10,000 per game per store, you taking it into per store. One store likely has 4,5 copies of a used game, 3 out the 4 are usually scratched, at least where I live. I wasn't really referring to cartridge based games. if store A sold those 4,5 good clean used copies to customers, and a week later 6 more come in, 5 are in bad condition, refusing those copies will make gamestop raise the value of the game to attract more copies that are clean. it is highly unlikely your going to get 20 copies of the same game per store.
