I thought I was hooked on Dead Island goty however I just opened and started playing RDRGOTY. RDR is in my list of top 5 games ever now.

I still have BL2 sealed, but will probably trade it, dead island goty, and something else for ME trilogy on ps3 or far cry 3. I only paid about. $40 for those 3, so it's a win win.

I got the typical D-Bag gamestop employee. He was training a new guy, seemed like second day but first trade.

He was visibly agitated when I asked something before he presented the option to me. Didnt even try to ask about their used ps3s or any ideas on upcoming promos or anything.

Do your job, and quit whining.

Did you beat Liberation, or just get tired of it? I'm tempted to dump mine while I can, because I feel like I'll end up losing interest like I have with all of the other AC games. However, I could be wrong and end up enjoying it.
 
Traded NHL in for $30 today, no issues. While browsing the other games in the store I came across a "new" copy of Hitman Absolution with the "Only at Walmart!" bonus content on it...
 
I just got my issue in the mail with the expiration notice on it. not sure if im going to renew with them this time. ive been having a better time with best buy and there promos and preorder deals as of the past year. plus the service at my store is top notch. ive become good friends with a couple of managers there now, something that would not happen at gamestop because im not being shoved with stuff and things i dont need or want.
 
this still lasts until tomorrow right? gonna pick up another Killzone dualshock 3 bundle from bestbuy and flip killzone for $25 then sell the controller for $35-$40 on craigslist

I enjoy playing both of them but I keep on losing in Fifa. Unfortunately, I know I'll get tired of it sooner than later. NHL is always good to keep though and I haven't really considered trading that in, especially for $30 and not $35. If I traded in both then I wouldn't have any game to play. I haven't been really playing NHL because I play FIFA a lot more. Whatever, both great games. I'll probably just hold on to Fifa, unless I feel that I can get it for $20 used anytime soon, and I don't think so.

When was the deal for $40 for Borderlands 2, Dead Island GOTY and Far Cry 3?
And how did I miss it?
 
Got hit with a refurb fee for Donkey kong, bought it at a yard sale for $3 so it's ok,
Traded forza and dead island and got $75 total, great deal :D


Got adventure time collectors edition and ps all stars vita, it's decent so far
 
I just finished Hitman Absolution. Guess I will trade it in for $30 then.
I hate this trend of games becoming shorter and shorter.

Was probably the BF DI for $8 and a combo of PM/$20 preorder for BL2 and FC3 and maybe a RZ cert tossed in for good measure. It wasn't w/o some work.

brand new dualshock 3 goes on craigslist for $35-40 all day everyday

I bought BL2 for $25 at walmart bf, DI for $8 at bby, and UMVC3 for $10 after pur coupon.
 
do i need to have the big box that mario kart wii came in to get the $25? i have the game case,cd and the manual....just not sure if it still have that box with the wheel it came with

No, just take in the case and game, I even took in some that were in empty dvd cases and they took them at full value.

I went to a BestBuy that had about 12 of these yesterday; thought about flipping some of them but then I thought about how much I hate selling small items on Craigslist. Wound up just buying 1, using some RZ certs, and getting the controller for about $3 after I traded in the Killzone game.

You can sign up for a free membership and still get the deals so why not? At most it will cost you a minute or two of uncomfortable upselling by the cashier.

I traded in bl2, dead island goty, and motorstorm for $59.10. I could have had so much more, but really want to play everything else I have at the moment. Picked up Kens Rage and still have $40 in credit.

Went to a Blockbuster I had been to a couple of days ago cause I was nearby and I noticed they had 2 copies of Just Dance 3 and Madden 12 for the Wii. Traded them in to GS for $60 and picked up Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed for the Wii U.:D

I didnt like NHL much at all this year. Broken penalty system, injuries happening all the time in league play, fluke goals, opponent goalie playing like superman....I was glad to get rid of it.
 
Traded in my last Killzone trilogy at the deadline! Almost forgot I had one more; picked up a cheap game for a present, and threw the extra onto my Colonial Marines preorder. This was one hell of a deal; I've got a ton of GS credit built back up, and I've got a stockpile of 3 brand new camo DS3's for the future.

Not strict at all. Disk only is fine. I'd say it's better than GS.
 
Decide to go to gamestop for the first time in forever. The guy doesn't give me back my ID when I did my trade ins and didn't realize it until I was about home. Call them and he says He doesn't have it. Nice...

Wow, that's pretty shitty of them. One of them earlier tried to sell me a gutted copy of Xenoblade Chronicles and say this is new. I told them it's not sealed and walked off.
