Yes, gamestop does not care if the manual, cover, or case is damaged. They will only price the trade based on the condition of the disc, but a gamestop employee might comment on the condition of the other parts at most.

Holy crap. Promos will not, have not and will never stack. The ONLY thing that will ever stack with a promo is your 10% trade in bonus for being a member,

Man, flippers cleaned out my Blockbusters overnight. Every copy of Mass Effect 3 and almost every Just Dance 3 was gone.

Managed to get a copy for 10$ for an easy 20$ lol. Gonna go through my backlog since I have a ton of games that are on that list.

The game is discontinued and is somewhat difficult to find at GS B&M stores.

So after I did some trade ins today, I have $364.83 in credit. Just enough for the WiiU, my store of had the Basic(White) console. Want to order online but the shipping and tax is horrible. Anyone know a code for free shipping? Tried the Saver one but it only works on games. Also, I thought if you were paying with Credit it was tax free?
 
I have a question. Is it possible for GameStop to suddenly forbid Peopleto trade in a game , for example, Forza horizon $35, because they have received too many of this games? Actually, I want to trade in my game next week with my other games arrived.

Anyone know what mortal kombat vita is? Tempted to trade in ass creed liberation and madden for persona 4. Also does GameStop require cases for vita games?

I've always paid tax when buying with credit at least online. Even have to pay tax on shipping fees, although some states do not allow that.

At least at my store, they are willing to give out free shipping codes if you call in and ask for one. I did this just a couple weeks ago and didn't even mention I was a rewards member.
 
Went in today to trade in Super Smash Bros Brawl and they told me its only worth $10 ($12 with my PUR).

They did say they would give me $15 if I bought something though.

I didn't do it, but was disappointed.
 
Wow, just grabbed 18 games from this list off my shelf, traded them in for a total of $441.20.

Purchase a 32 gig Wii u deluxe and SMBU and still had $31 and some change. A lot of the games I traded where older and sports titles, so it was a good day.

Thank you for this post, I hardly check my email associated with my powerup account so this would have slipped me by.

Can anyone confirm that the items installed on SR3 Full Package will work with the regular disc? Buddy will give me the disc but I am thinking about trading in mine for $25.
 
I don't get the point of coming in here and bitching about Gamestop. You don't like them and don't wish to do business with them and thats cool. But its not really adding anything to the discussion.
 
I was regretting getting Forza Horizon for $15 because I don't think I'll ever play it, so really happy to see I can flip it immediately. Thanks Scorch!

Gamestop gave me $25 for the Killzone trilogy I paid $40 for with the DS3 control, and $35 for the Madden game I paid $25 for.

Horrible retailer, they deserve nothing but terrible things happening to them. What a rip off.
