I was hoping for a preorder bonus since I planned on putting one in for this game anyway, gotta love the return to classic Donkey Kong Country gameplay. But that's a pretty odd bonus. :p
 
This instantly reminded me of my DK64 controller cover that made it look like a bushel of bananas. I can't remember which store was giving this out at the time though.

Hmm, certainly interesting but incredibly worthless as far as preorders go. I'm thinking DKCR will be a $30 or less purchase for me.

This! I still have mine. Pretty sure it was a Nintendo Power subscription gift (at least I think that's how I got mine). Too bad u can't actually play the game with it on like the N64 one :(

Is there a way to combine all of your Gamestop pre-order bonus threads into one? These really aren't deals and given how frequently Gamestop, Amazon and even Best Buy throws in some type of premium, this whole board is going to be full of these posts sooner or later. Thank you.

We tried that in the past. It didnt work.

It seems to be working fine with the Amazon pre-order deals, the K-Mart deal thread and the Best Buy clearance thread. Not sure why this would be any different.
 
Is DKCR a sunday launch game? I hope TRU, Walmart, and Target have 20 dollar gift cards so I can PM at BB. Can we expect gift cards from these stores?
