The following will be a constant effort at providing the lastest Gamestop Preorder Bonuses for all you faithful CAGs. When it comes time to choose where to buy your latest game, it's always good to know if Gamestop has an incentive for you. So, here goes.

Preorder bonuses are usually available for pick-up at the time you pick up your reserved game from Gamestop. For online orders, the bonus ships with the game. Exceptions will be noted. In the case of games released previously to the current date, supplies are as available. Some bonuses are only available for specific platforms.

That didn't come out yet....did it??? I have the big willy one and it is pretty nice quality, except for the decal is coming off on my second(on my TL:))
 
I'm thinking I'm gonna have to pre-order Mushroom Men: Spore Wars for the Wii. I was interested in it when I first read about it. With it coming with a cool little figure makes
the decision a little easier. That and I still have a $25 GC to use up.
 
Saw the Crypto bobblehead today. It's of a good size and came in a nice box too. Love the bobblehead but I have no interest in the game yet, at least not at $40.
 
Added bonus for Star Wars Clone Wars: Lightsaber Duel and Legendary. Not sure why these bonuses are suddenly showing up, considering the games were released in November.

Moved Chrono Trigger and The Last Remnant to expired offers.

Bonus for Halo Wars is now showing for both the regular edition and the Collector's Edition.

Has anyone who pre-ordered Prince of Persia received the collector edition upgrade? I made my reservation when that promo was still going on, and will be stopping by to pick it up today. There's a thread in the Canadian CAG forum that says the PS3 version wouldn't be arriving until tomorrow, if at all. Any insight would be appreciated.
 
Wow, that is a really really really lame bonus for the GTA DS, but thanks for the update, nonetheless. On the plus side, now I can wait like 6 months for it to drop to $20 before I buy it. Or I can wait a year for it to be $10 used.

Also, not really the thread for it, but sort of related, one of my Gamestops started leaving their surplus preorder bonuses in a bin in the front of their store. Scored huge with the Luminous Arc artbook (I had been asking every store I went to for this) and the Eternal Poison artbook, and that little Rune Factory 2 plushie, among others.

That's just sick! I've gotten lucky in the past asking for a bonus I see lying on a counter or on a shelf, but to just dump them in a box and say, "Have at it?" Man, you've got yourself a killer Gamestop.

I guess I don't buy games as much as I used to. Goozex and the CAG Trading Forum just work pretty well for me. Used to have a relationship with the folks at my local Gamestop, but that faded away when I began traveling for work.

Noticed these last night myself. Added bonuses for them all. Much more impressive bonuses than some of the recent fare.
 
The BC:R offer is a no brainer, GameCrazy (I think) Gives you a lunchbox that says:

"Intel shows that this lunchbox is rad"

Or something to that extent. Patches? P'shaw.

Actually, according to the articles I've read about the game, it looks pretty promising. The universe is still definitely GTA, and it doesn't appear the game has been toned down. While the perspective is overhead, it appears the cel-shaded graphical style is fitting. The developers seem really excited about the game, and two years of love have gone into it.

Unfortunately, the little box they had all those bonuses in has reverted back to one that holds free newspapers. They must have just been cleaning out their store one day and I happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Hmm, I'm really considering preordering Fire Emblem and Ys because I know I will love the games, but I went on a DS spending spree a couple months ago and now have a huge backlog. Plus there's still a ton of great RPGs (FFIV, CT, and others) I need to pick up. I may get Ys for the soundtrack, assuming it's more than 2 tracks.
 
Anyone go to GS and pre-order Killzone 2 yet? Wondering if they give the code the moment you pre-order or if you have to wait for a bit because I was planning on going tomorrow.
 
I was going to pick up Fire Emblem anyways. So I get a free art cell? :D. Also in for the Killzone 2 demo but I'm still pissed off that I never got an artbook for pre-ordering Valkyria Chronicles.

That's...actually kind of a lame bonus. And it's a little bizarre that the preorder bonus gets announced before the contents of the limited edition do.
 
Bionic Commando release date changed from 2/10/09 to 6/2/09.
Red Faction: Guerrilla release date changed from 6/16/09 to 6/9/09.
Skate II release date changed from 1/20/09 to 1/21/09.
Halo Wars release date changed from 2/2/09 to 3/3/09.

Warhammer 40k Dawn of War II now showing picture of preorder bonus online. Updated listing.

Updated Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. to reflect the game is also available for the Wii, however the preorder bonus does not apply to the Wii version of the game.

Forgot to add Release Date to Godfather 2. Release date is 2/24/09.

Removed all hyperlinks, release dates, platform availability, and prices from Expired Offers in an effort to condense thread length. The original consensus by viewers of this thread is that folks just wanted to know what the bonuses were for past games, so that information is still available.
 
I pre-ordered Skate 2 in-store and picked up my t-shirt. All they had was XL in black and its pretty frickin' big. On the plus side, the tag on the shirt has a download code for a 'throwback pack', which appears to come with some retro clothing pieces.
 
Why'd you stop updating the thread? I check it often and like it, I just never have anything to add since it's usually already in here...
 
I don't think there was a lack of interest at all. I think that we've hit a sort of dry spell for Pre-order bonuses... well, good pre-order bonuses, anyway.

I love this thread -- I used it to find out that EB had a Godfather 2 freebie!

Thanks to everyone who posted. Due to the few posters in this thread, I assumed a lack of interest, but I suppose many folks just used it for reference. I did enjoy the thread.

I'm going to keep it going. I like the idea of including bonuses from other retailers, and I will look into doing that.

Expect to see this thread continue and hopefully be updated and bumped more, so it won't be so hard to find.
