I asked a manager about that and he didn't know anything about the %50 extra trade in credit. I think they're notified the day before.

I've got some copies of Just Dance 2016 for 360 I got through Best Buy for $6 each for an eBay flip that will actually be worth $22.50, I think, for this promo if the trade in value doesn't get nuked. Could get some Switch games really cheap if I can trade in multiples.

Pretty sure you can only trade one copy of a game at a time from each console. So if you had one copy on 360, and then one on ps3, you could do that, but not two copies on 360 at the same time.

No. This is a rookie mistake. Just go to a different store and trade the second copy there.

I'm pretty sure you're getting hit with a $40 refurb fee if ANYTHING is wrong with it. Is there any reason why you didn't dump this last week when it was $100(base)+$25(system boost)+$5(card boost)?

I have extra circle pad covers and if we lived close to each other I would put a new one in for you. Those things are a pain in the ass because you have to take the bottom part of the 3ds apart to change it.

Sorry to hear that. There are two stores up the street from where I live and at least two more within a five mile radius. I would take the second copy back to the same store the next day and make sure that you're dealing with a different associate than the first one you traded with. They tend to remember what games you traded before if they're really nosy or bored. If you decide to wait until Wednesday to do the trade towards a Switch game or accessory, you could have the value applied to the same preorder on a different day until it's paid off. Or just preorder a different Switch game or accessory on the second day. In any case, you don't want to try to trade multiple copies of the same game for the same system in the same transaction because you could be accused of theft. Dumb, I know, but there are many junior detectives out there, and remember the four copies per title per system in a month limit. It wouldn't be a good idea to try trading in more than four copies of your Just Dance game in a 30 day period if you want to risk a ban. I'm in the same boat because I've got nine copies of Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens for 360 that I need to trade. It'll be spring again by the time I'm done flipping them all!

Yeah, when I was in St. Louis I tried trading in sealed BF specials toward a Wii U console and they wouldn't let me. Associate mentioned theft rule and rolled his eyes. He told me to go to another store a mile away...I ended up getting my Wii U for around $250

That is tempting to just unload my games today but it says 40% for PUR members so almost certainly 30 + 10 percent. Which is a decent chunk less than a true 50 + 10 promo as I was hoping for.
