Assuming the Switch LAN adapter is looking for the same chipset as the one the Wii and Wii U use, this is one of numerous ones that work:

ASIX AX88772 chipset is the one that would do it, if it's the same one as the Wii / Wii U.  I own two of the Pluggable Technologies units linked above, worked without a hitch.

This seems like a simple question, but it feels complicated.

I want to leave the charging cable that comes with the Switch connected to the dock, and use a second cable/plug to use on the go. I bought the Pro controller, which I know comes with another USB-C cable, so I'm set there. What I need to know is, can I use any of the USB plugs I've got laying around? I've got a couple from recent phones. Do I need to be careful about wattage or amps or anything? Don't want to fry my new baby day one. Thanks!

Did just now, it dropped in half too. Also I over heard employees telling people who showed up at midnight with no pre-order (Yes like half a dozen people did this) that they may not get more for a couple weeks and when they do it will be like 2-3 units per week.

Found more locations with Master Editions, couple even say they are "In Stock" (3 or more) I am assuming these are canceled pre-orders.

I always take that talk with a grain of salt. The employees at my store were telling people they needed to buy the pro controller and the carrying cases because they won't get them back in stock.

Anker has one for preorder on Amazon that looks like it will be really good. MSRP is $30 but is $9.99 if you pre-order right now. I got it in an email from them.

Playing the crap out of Zelda today. This Pro Controllee might be the most comfortable gaming controller I've ever used. Blows the Xbox One controller out of the water, that's for sure. Highly recommend these to anyone with a Switch.

I might end up trading in the comfort grip that came with the Switch and putting it toward a second. Hope they put up TIV for the Switch soon lol.

A nice test would be someone was able to snag one and then see how fast the scan reflects it. That Indy location was definitely not on the original list of 3.

It overlays badly onto the device itself. I compared a couple today in a store and they all seem to be like that. I ordered the Hori $9.99 one from Amazon and it will be here Sunday so I will compare them then.

If you're talking about the Hori Standard Screen Protector, there was a review that says it slightly peels off due to the heat of the console.

I went to bestbuy earlier and noticed there were 2 switch boxes in their defective cart, asked the guy and he said they were returned defective. Looks like some Switch consoles have issues at launch.

I used them on my N3DS/N3DS XL's and knew they were a good brand, applied perfectly on my Switch with no bubbles or issues. Only issue was the first batch seemed to be slightly too small (A bit of the border of the screen isnt covered), but they automatically sent emails to buyers telling us they were sending updated ones for free.

While ringing up the switch, the employee tried to sell me the warranty by claiming Gamestop won't accept defective returns for the first wave of Switch consoles. He said any issues have to go through Nintendo directly. Is that even legal? I was sure it was just a script but he looked dead serious.

The new Switch bonus is only 50% including Pro, so $28 base would be $42. Still solid, especially for those who can play through it and trade it in by 3/19 when the promo ends.

It's a fun game that will test your geometry skills and patience toward your partner. I think the game works best with limited play time like 30 minute sessions.

Since I had the trade credit I got it. It is fun with my 5 year old. 30 minutes is the max to play at once. If I as paying cash I don't think I would pay more than $25

Same here. Every store within 50 miles is sold out. I do live in the Bay Area which doesn't help. Kind of surprised since I had no problem getting a PS4 on launch day.

Thanks whoever suggested buying retro games and reselling.  I got 18 GC games from B2G1 retro sale along with a GC from a local gameshop.  Only 3 of hte 18 didn't work.  That's pretty good for GS.

Same here, threw my up and got an offer at $420 with Zelda. I was like no thanks that's only like $30 over retail and my time was worth then that getting this thing. I ended up opening mine to keep. I picked up Snipperclips, 1 2 Switch, and Bomberman.

They seem to be hitting $450 on average. Couple weird ones sold for way more. It's only day 1. They'll run out soon enough.

Honestly 1-2 Switch is really fun with family and friends. I think Nintendo dropped the ball by not including it as a pack-in title with the system though. It definitely has the potential to be the "it" title like Wii Sports was, but really no one is gonna buy it separately, let alone for $50...

your'e ! a while back, GS employee signed me up for PSVR information w/o any consent, and the listing never went away. it's a cluster and makes my pre-order tab messy.

I think they do this b/c they probably get credit for a pre-order, you know, COL thing.
