The Pokemon prices never seem to go down only gradually up and they seem to sell pretty quickly from what I hear so TIV are probably mostly based on inventory. Here are (conservative) estimates of in store stock around the country to give you an idea if they will be going up/down any time soon.

It could actually be much more as I base this off Gamestop officially saying there are 4,434 stores nationwide but after skimming through their database of stores I could only find a total of a little more then 3,800 in US zip codes.

Do console trade-ins benefit from a Pro membership/Pro Day? If so I will wait until Saturday to trade my PS4 for $200 if I will get an extra 20%. If not I will just trade it today since the $50 bonus ends on Sunday.

Unless specified, 50% trade bonuses are for games and accessories only.

Seems like most people know about how power up rewards and stuff works here.

Anyone knows if I get any points or rewards for consoles? I just finish paying off my Switch Pre-Order and see nothing on my rewards.

You don't get points for preordered stuff until the day after you pick it up

where do you see pokemon took a dump

moon and sun is still 20

the older ones fell to 15 or less weeks ago

at least now got till the 14th to run the 3ds to get 25 more... i wonder if they will ever give more tehn 125 for the 3ds
AFAIK last time they did the 50% TIV bonus TIV promo (right before Black Friday), although Pokemon X and Y was the previous iteration at the time, they both had base TIV's of $20. I think Sun and Moon may have even been released at that point. So it doesn't really make any sense why even Sapphire and Ruby 3DS games would have crappy TIV's. I did see that Sun and Moon were $20, but I just thought it was odd that they completely nuked the TIV's for X, Y, Ruby, and Sapphire 3DS games.

As blackbeard said, GameStop has four or five times the amount of X/Y/OR/AS as they do Sun or Moon

Those base values ARE uncharacteristically low though, probably the lowest they've ever been since the games released. Maybe they're going hard against boomerangs since those are the games most of us use

I remember when I got around $30 for my copy of OR.

WTF I want to trade in my Wii U games. One which is Smash Wii U. I'm getting more than I did for my Smash 3DS copy but I want to make the most out of my trades.
I kinda expected it, with a new Nintendo console on the horizon it made sense to me. I just expected to make more on it but breaking even sucks. I'm basically trying to move Amazon credit to GameStop, luckily when I originally moved my GameStop credit to Amazon I made upwards to $50 on $30 purchases so breaking even isn't a total loss.

As for the Pokemon's, their trade in value started dipping at the beginning of the year. I got rid of all 12 copies I had with that %50 bump where I still made a good profit. Could've made more with that stealth bump but it was getting risky

I had a feeling about Wii U games dropping in price. I'm still buying Wii U games but at a lower price. I'll just take advantage of the extra 50% trade in credit before it drops any more.

I would hold onto them, there was an interview I read today with one of the Nintendo higher ups and he said plainly that the Switch will not play previous console games and didn't expect it to in the future. Didn't state if that was on a VC or not, but already knew it wouldn't play Wii U disks or 3ds carts.

Ugh. They can either go down in price or go up in price. Idk if I should wait and take a risk. It doesn't matter what I do atm. I'm still going to make a profit either way. I got them bundled with my Wii U that I bought on ebay.

It's the entire kiosk that I got minus the system, controllers, key, and system cover. Everything else is there. It's s mix of steel and wood and it's very heavy. Here is another cool pic. :D

Believe it or not, I actually got a second one today. We are friendly with one employee at the store and after calling once in a while he finally said come on down and get it. This one is slightly better condition in some areas but has no TV, and is missing the stuff on the inside. But it does have the white back Wii U logo poster and the plastic system cover that I need for the one I got yesterday, So I will be able to make one totally complete one, and one that is pretty much bare bones. :D

Alright im a bit confused. How does the 50% trade in bonus work if I go to different GS stores? The store in which I preordered my Switch is close to my job (which is nowhere near where I live), but I plan on flipping alittle to ease the price of the system and other items I plan on getting day 1. Do I have to show my preorder receipt at every store I trade at, or....?

I really only need $330 at GameStop for the Switch (I'm shy $20), $530 if I follow through on picking up that Pokemon 3Ds. As of right now I'm totally okay with breaking even converting back to GameStop because I earn more going to Amazon, with the way values are the past month it's been harder. Hopefully a stealth bump comes with that %50 bump

Pre order accessories or different games you plan on keeping. You can also go different days
