Does anyone know how Gamestop's "Save Estimate" actually works?
To make a long story short, I saw a game was trade in value of around $30.. a game I recently won a second copy of free.
So I decided to trade in the game, and used the Android Ap to save my estimate. When you save an estimate, it says the price point is valid till closing of that day.
The game was in mint condition but the computer in-store only had it listed as $25 trade in.
So I double checked using my phone.
On the Android Ap is still said around $30 (it was like 29 and some change)
Using the actual Web-browser on my phone, and instore it was listed at $25.
The employees didn't know how to fix it, and after contacting the customer service, they would have had to deal with a POS (Point of Sale) rep to correct the price.
I've made a formal complaint to the company over this discrepency.. but has anyone else ran into such a problem?
