Buy it on the PSN and you don't have to get up to put a disc in! I wish PS3 had the feature to install games fully. It'll never happen now that 360s doing it.

I haven't played a SOCOM game since the first one. What makes this newest one so hot? And the Bloo avatar is back, though the Shat is an amazing avatar too.

I just shit out the worst thesis and supporting argument ever. I blame sleep deprivation and Boston Legal for distracting me.

MGS4 is like 40GBs though XD

I see your point but I didn't play MGS4 more than once. Smaller games though like sports and casual games would be perfect though. I'd gladly pay whatever it costs for a 320 gig hard drive for this feature. :)

I want to sell MGS4 and I'm not even through chapter 1. :(

I'm getting better at SC. Still losing a ton online, but the matches are getting a lot closer.

Push through! The first chapter was my least favorite. The game only gets better. Beat it, then sell it. Otherwise you will miss out on seriously the best story I've seen in a game in years. YEARS!

My stick mod is a total failure so far. Worst paint job ever. Oh yeah, I still haven't finished my stick mod so I haven't played SC since August... I regret selling MGS4 for one reason, the slight chance that the Old Snake Sackboy costume will require a copy of MGS4 for some reason :p

It's in my backlog for whenever I actually feel like playing it. I bought that collection like a month before it's release and blew through 2 and 3, effectively burning me out.

There's no such thing as too much Metal Gear.

And I hope to christ you don't need the Metal Gear 4 disc for the Snake Sackboy!

There is, especially since I played 3 like a fucking shooter which ruined the game.

 That's horrible... Unless you have the Single Action Army

Exhausted...

Didn't. It was pretty much-run into area, blast everything with shotty, run on.

I actually would rather play through it again than play MGS4. I just don't like the short bit I've played, which is up to where you meet meryll.

But as I said above, chapter one is not so hot. The game gets soooooooo much better though.

I'm mad bored. I'm so pissed I'm at home and not at school, where Saints Row is. Ugh.

Ahadi, I thought you just disappeared off the face of the GGT because I haven't seen that little blue dude in awhile.

Anyway night ggt.

That bad huh? I still need to get some paint thinner so I can remove the paint from my DC stick. Shit like melted down or something. Paint is soft. I still don't know what happened.

Haha... wow. I've been very much around. The weekends are when I don't post much at all. I guess Bloo stays

well, got an aluminum macbook today (2.0ghz one...beautiful, amazing etc. etc.), so that effectively cut down my winter to 2 games: Fallout 3 and GoW2. Possibly the new Naruto game, but I don't wanna pay $60 for that. Got plenty of old school games to play...namely Innocent Sin with the new patch.

I just had the coolest crash ever in burnout. Was going full speed, and smashed head on into a van. For some reason the van shot me in the air, I flipped like 5 times, and took out a street sign.
You have to refer yourself then dual box both characters. Everything is 3x xp (kills and quests). The account that got referred can grant 1 level every 2 levels gained to the account that referred them. They have to be together (and within 3 levels of each other) to get the bonus and it stops at level 60.
You don't necessarily have to dual box. My co-worker invited me and I just did a new account. We are splitting the cost of the game and time card. You and the referer need to group together and do quest turn ins together to get the bonus.

It lasts for 90 days, so you could do multiple characters as well.

I have to say, it's very fast. Level 31 over 4 days of not really playing that much. Got my first mount, too.

Up to 10K XP on certain quest turn ins. There's even faction bonuses. I think I may finally end up with a lvl 60 toon this time. :p

So this thread is just going to keep going? So what happens when it's like 10,000 posts?

Also, somebody change the number to ∞.

Man, still loving 3S, but I might need to play something else.
How do I do that key hankme?
Hold alt and on the number pad on the right of your keyboard, type 236 and release alt.

once again I expect this post to get ignored, which is sad to be honest:

I've been watching this since I heard about it being developed a year ago. The concept is so solid and the execution is superb. (watch the whole thing since it get's even cooler at the end)

How many times do I have to say indie gaming is the place to be.

Yes, console gaming is great, but I always seem to get more out of indie stuff.

oh and... uh... yay! sleep time!

Beat Mega Man 2 last night and it was awesome. Just got back from a 3 hour study session for my accounting test and it wasn't as awesome. Finally gonna get to my copy of Super Robot Taisen OG 2 on gba. Starting sometime this week.

Have fun not having fun with that. Good god that game is TERRIBLE.

But Chu Chu Rocket and Drill Dozer on my new Game Boy Micro isn't.

Nobody should listen to Zewone, he's a dirty pirate mexican who's played Fallout 3 already and we all hate him.

Edit: Do you like Far Cry 2 Zewone? This is a serious question. Please phrase your answer in complete sentences. If you weren't stealing the game, would you be happy you paid $60 in store credit that actually cost half that?
