I make far more on amazon and with flipping than this kid does playing yu gi oh.

And it doesn't make women flee from my presence. So that's cool. Plus, free games.

verrrry blurryyyy pic taken by someone who doesn't know how to hold a camera...

You way younger, and much prettier than the pic above, and that's despite the blurriness of the picture.

Getting YGO! Tag Force 3 later today. Game sucks balls -- like all YGO! Video Games -- but the card pool in insane compared to World Championship 2008 and I'll prob get a ton of mileage out of using a 100% complete game save and just making decks. Wish Konami would get off their lazy arses and implement online play in the PSP YGO! games. Or have a somewhat decent card pool with 2009

Also nabbing FF Dissidia. I can finally see what the hell my nerdier friends (and family) have been raving about for the past month or so.

Well then more power to you. I wonder which 1 of us puts in more effort vs who has more fun?

Oh yeah, they see your giant Gamerscore and there panties moisten. One's gotta wonder if you even have a ladyfriend. Seeing how you repulse most people here, I gotta doubt it.

We could have this argument for the rest of our lives and it would boil down to 2 nerds arguing over who's less nerdy.

Well, I do have a ladyfriend, and she's quite a fan of the free dinners and cell phone minutes that bbv flipping produces.

A local store I used to frequent had those card game tournaments. I was unfortunate enough to be browsing the games during one and thought I'd choke on the stench in the place.

If you like hanging with dudes like that, that's cool. I'm just sayin what my experience with it is.

Team Fortress is kool.

Plus, after all the menu-based traveling in Oblivion, there was this sense of incredulity when I booted up Fallout. "The *fuck*, man? You want me to WALK THERE!?!?!?!"
There's no quick travel in Fallout 3? If that's true is the world nearly as big as Oblivion's?

That would suck if the case, I'd have quit playing Oblivion a long time ago as walking around got old fast when you first start and don't have many locations found.

"You sure you don't want some more onion rings? I gotta coupon for that, bay-bee." - jer7583.

EDIT: Rei is correct. It didn't hit me in Oblivion because, when I beat it a few weeks ago, I loaded up a save from February 2006 (!) and had visited a number of locations already. So it was like the legwork (ha) was done already. Even if it was I who did it. Like fuckin' 3 years ago.

lulz, myke.

Any personal opinions on Tales of Symphonia PS2? I'm having a hard time finding a decent GCN copy for cheap and goozex keeps fuck ing around with the points. -_-

I just want to find that and PoP SoT so I can get on with this generation. :p

I play card games with my duckie in the tub while I'm scrubbin' up for the day. I win maybe 33% of the time. I just can't read his fuckin' face, man. Plus he has all the rare cards anyway.

Although I haven't heard much in terms of quality, the PS2 version has more of those intercharacter cutscnene things (I forgot what the fuck the game calls them), and one of the hidden bosses is now immune to the effects of the deal half, take half damage potions.

Thx beef. Hrm, do I want more talking? Well, I think "cheap" and "like new" will win out whichever version I end up gettin.

Oh I forgot, I still want to find ZoE:2nd Runner too. :p

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one with a duckie.

Are you looking for it in playable condition or collectible condition?;)

ZoE 2nd Runner is a blast. Only like 4 hours too, so it's a good game to beat in a day. I want ZoE3 badly.

I got mine at Target for $7.50 years ago. CC had them for like

I'm gonna play it, but I want it in collectible condition.

And yeah hank, I'm very late to the party on ZOE2. >_
Wow thats short. How long is the first ZOE?
Around that, if I remember correctly. It's been a long time. I beat the hell out of it when it came out, once I stopped playing the MGS2 demo. I beat it on every difficulty.

Since I can't read Japanese I have never gotten around to picking it up. But from what I heard it doesn't look as good as the GC version and the load times are a little longer. But it does have some extra content iirc, An extra costume for each character and some other stuff I don't remember.
I ordered those sweetheart duckies and had the 2nd one sent to Jer's house. Now we can be together, forever.
You read my mind ;)

Is counter-strike still free if you own the original half life? Or have they changed that?

I want to install it, boot it up, get headshotted within 5 seconds, and never play it again.

I assume the community is more hardcore than I could imagine these days.

And yeah, lolz about onion rings and stuff but it's nice to go out for free olive garden, magiaannos, and such. Not the BEST thing ever, but I'm pretty sure only Applebees serves Onion Rings. And we don't go there. And these aren't substitute dates, they're just bonus, "hey I got this let's go out" type thing. I'm sure she'd have a laugh at your smarmy reactions. Saving money and getting things cheap is the last thing I'd expect to get made fun of on CAG, but there are certain folks that will say whatever it takes to be contrarian to whatever I'm saying at the time. I kinda get a kick out of it.

When the Visa Vanillas still were viable.. that was a different story. I bought her some diamond earrings with those.
The first ZoE can be beaten in around 2 hours once you know what to do.
Yeah, I knew it wasn't very long. Last time I played it was right when it came out. I beat it 3 times in a day. The ending was so incomplete that I figured you had to beat it on hard to get a batter one or something. I was wrong.

I remember those days of having nothing to play on PS2.

I bought ZoE2 just recently- it's in great condition. I probably won't play it for a long time.

gunm if you want to buy it from me I could put it up cheap (like $5 plus $4 required shipping charge) on amazon and sell it to you, since I don't have paypal.

After playing ZoE2, the first game really feels like just a prologue to its sequel.
Me too, I am trying to figure out what to play next until I get my PS3 fixed. FFXII, ZOE2, Xenosaga 3, Persona 3 Yakuza 2?
How much time do you have? All of those are great IMO. FFXII, Xenosaga 3, and Persona 3 are all pretty long. Yakuza 2 is straight bad ass and isn't as long, and ZoE2 is pretty short, but awesome still. I'd say Yakuza 2 if you don't want to invest much time.

Definitely. It also feels like a tech demo compared to the second one. ZoE2 is just so much better.

Fux that chump change flipping.

This month was all about Gripshift.

It's like I got an extra week's paycheck.

And I have another $150 pending. Probably more by this weekend.

so you made like $550 after ebay/paypal/shipping/the cost of each game. respectable, but that screenshot is misleading.

Closer to $700, but this also doesn't include the 'off ebay' sales.
Yes, respectable for 1 day of picking games up around Dallas.

Also found lots of PS2 network adapters which will go up later.
And a Gamecube component cable for $4.99.

Dallow rollin' in tha cheddar. I remember seeing like 15 copies of Gripshift at CC for 8 bucks each. Damn, I wish I would've known.

I used to buy network adapters, but I, ahem, use them.

Oh, and I found 2 Hollywood Videos in the outskirt ranch towns of my city that I never knew existed.
Is that $3.99 deal still going on? I'd like to see if they have stuff worth getting credit at GS with.
I think it is...it's a clearance, right?

You've inspired me Dallow, to go pick up the last two gripshifts in IL.
Not if I beat you to them first. ;) IT'S ON!!

I'll listen for someone who sounds like you on XBL and knock them over on the way in the store!
