I still have a blast playing Halo 3 online with friends. The amount of idiots who feel the need to annoy you are on every game, XBL or Halo 3 are no exception.
There's always countless of neat gametypes and map variants to keep it fresh and fun. I don't worship the game like many people, but I still have a lot of fun with it, and only a few games have come close to that for me (IE: COD, L4D).
I can see why people might dislike and I can see why people love it. I'm definitely in between. I've been playing since the first one came out when I was 12 though, so I tend to have nostalgia as well.
