What'd you do man?

Kill a hooker?
I was a gamestop clerk and I sold a guy a gutted game as "new." The guy called the mall cops over and they took me away.

Why didn't I work this month? Now I have to pawn my 360. :bomb:

But I picked up these for FIVE DOLLARS TOTAL yesterday at Game Over (they were having a sports game sale):

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater (N64)
WWF No Mercy (N64)
Hardball III (Genesis) (complete in box!!)
Gran Turismo (PS1) (complete with both manuals, non-GH)
Tennis (NES) .... yeah

Can't beat a buck a piece. :D

In other news, I picked up Dragon Quest 5 again and that game is awesome.

They put the casino way earlier than in DQ4 which means I'm sidetracked for hours much earlier in the game. I think the last few days of me playing that at work have been just the slot machines, save/loading to exploit and hit big jackpots.

Great news that TiT:Reshelled is going to be cheaper.

Since I'm definitely going to get all of the summer of arcade titles except Trials HD, i'm not sure If i should just get that too and get the $10 back with the buy all get 800 points promo.

I'm liking the story better than IV so far. For some reason the Dragon Quest series just gets it's hooks in me. I never ever played them until the DS one. It's a great portable series.

I've got $10 reward zone to burn - I can't even find tales of vesperia on best buy's website, does that mean there's no chance of finding it there?

Might get Sacred 2 instead.. I dunno.

I'm probably going to get trialsHD too just because of the $10 rebate and I'm buying every other game except that. Cannot fucking wait for shadow complex.

You know, the N64 version of THPS1 is actually better than the Playstation edition. Just use the d-pad (and be sure to have the save pak thing) and it's like instant skatin' action. No load times, and it's still got all the bad ass tunes. Word.

I'm going to have to just go buy the DQ games on DS. I've been waiting to get on line to get the games from Goozex for months. But I also have FF4 and Devil Survivor sitting in my backlog... I really should get a locker at work so I can bring my DS with me.

That Halo ODST trailer has renewed my interest in the game. And that Summer of Arcade deal is interesting... but I can save more then $10 by only getting Shadow Complex and maybe TMNT.
Thanks for reminding me I have to pick up DQV before it disappears.
Did Square Enix only do a limited run?
Sacred 2 is crack and it's huge. if you don't like the idea of putting twenty hours into a game, only to see ~10% of its map, don't get it.
Is there a deal on Sacred 2?
Microcenter had it for $39 or 49.99 once. that's the only deal i've seen on the game. I bought it used at GS B2G1
Trials HD reminds me so much of a flash game I played a ton in high school, I'll admit it sure does look pretty though.
cuz its from the guys who made that flash game on miniclip trials
trials 2 is on steam u should try the demo at least!

Erm.

That Lady GaGa thing makes me feel uncomfortable.

I kinda like that poker face song, but only want to hear it once, or if i'm drunk.
Is it still as worthless as a Fat PS3...? I don't mean it in a fanboy way... I mean it honestly.
Either way, I disagree.

Sure I see the Wii as pretty damn useless to me, but a large portion of people enjoy it and get full use out of it.

Just making a point.

I'm guessing, since these new slims are 70% cheaper to make, that the older models will probably last longer due to their build, but the slims will be better short term.

How could you possibly mean that honestly?

Check my PSN, I don't even know the last time I signed on. If I did at all it was probably for a certain demo I'm waiting for or maybe... maybe to watch a BR.

I love the concept of this in a shallow way.

any game that promotes shooting your fluids onto animals is win-win in my book.
Wow...uh W T F.

This. When I got my PS3 last december I loved it. The menu bar is loads better than NXE, and the system is deigned physically better, but after playing through all of the exclusives and some multiplats that the controller really doesn't fit my hand all that well. So now I have been buying all my multiplatform games for 360.

Stalker or the Witcher. Depending on if you want a shooter or an RPG. Stalker has some RPG to it.

If you're going to play Stalker also prepare for at least a few hours of tweaking and applying patches to get it running and looking it's best. Start with Float32 mod and Stalker Complete 2009. Without those the game chugged on my new laptop and it's way above the requirements.

I'd say don't change any gameplay stuff but certain things may annoy you. I played through it pure just with graphics patches.

Witcher is really good too, it's a lot longer.

You guys are spelling S.T.A.L.K.E.R. wrong.

Oh wow, that Discipline article mentioned Tail of the Sun. Never played it but always wanted to. Was it any good?

I think I fixed it.

Of V? Yes. Maybe IV had a lot of copies unsold, so they printed fewer of V? Either way, it's been disappearing at retail lately.

It was terrible.
PC people - I'm looking for a good single player game. Which of these should I get first:

Crysis
The Witcher
Stalker
None of the above (name)
Cryostasis.

I like it. Not for everyone. Most everyone.

depends. if you want a shorter FPS with some great, open-ended gameplay, choose Crysis.
the Wticher and Stalker are longer RPGs. I liked both a lot, but after about 10 hours, I kinda gave up knowing I'd never finish them.

That felt good.
Bought 4 of those BlazBlue artbooks when Aksys put them back in print for $15 each and immediately sold them on ebay totaling over $240.

Should have bought more, but was worried about how quickly the value would drop.
