Oh I'm sure you and your "friend" enjoyed it.

Anyway, I don't even know how football is played let alone care enough to actually watch the Superbowl. Might play Left 4 Dead tonight.
Well it was actually my roomate's girlfriend, she stumbled upon la blue girl on stile project and happened to watch the whole thing just to see how fucked up the japanese are and after seeing that GIF I thought she would get a kick out of that. And we had many lolz.

"I can feel you so deep in my butt" *Said by gravely grandma voice*

SO HOT. MY FAVORITE OF SEXY

The Mana Knight

And vidyagames
Oh god, at the super bowl party I went to, some kids were sitting around playing Halo. Quitting games as soon as they were losing, and talking about how to exploit glitches to increase their experience or whatever :wall:
I hope you hurt these children.

In their pain-bones.

Hey guys, I watched like 3 different hentai movies, but it was with a girl, and we were doing it just to test the Japanese culture out. That makes this story believable.

TheManaKnight.

I'm trying to think of a metaphor to describe Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. And my mind keeps coming back to comfort food that is quite tasty, but carelessly made and easily forgotten about as soon as its over.

The game is fun, but it's fuckin' soulless. Just going through the Metroidvania motions. Good thing I GF'ed it. It's going back tomorrow.

But mark my words, small time investors: this game will hit $50-70 on eBay by this August. Just sayin'.

Why would I even bring it up if i had to lie about it? you don't know me. Stop assuming things.

The Mana Knight

Street Fighter 4 - awesome.

Defensiveness- the first sign you beat it to a blue haired girl wearing bunny ears who was getting boned by her teacher who grew a cock out of her vagina.

TheMana Knight

As much as the people on this board would like me to be a slovenly, fat, no life loser, I'm pretty much just a normal guy.

On topic - I bought Big Bang Mini - a kinda SHMUP for the DS. It's pretty fun. Only $20 and good to support a small dev team.

Whatever you say.
Today may have been one of the worst days of my life ever.

I am never working the superbowl, ever.

Story to tell?
Aw, don't hate on Rei's music ReRo.
 I'd try to hate on it but the problem is I've never heard it

so just call me dumb because that's how I feel when talking about new music being played on the radio >_
That's because new music on the radio does suck. I thought I might just be getting old, but now I'm pretty sure that it's just shitty music.
it can be good at times, but nothing that will keep me going.

to be honest, the internet kicks the radio's ass in so many ways. last.fm has really widened my already wide ass tastes.

Once, when I was growing up, I had a reading buddy from one of the older grades one year who ended up doing a drive-by shooting later that very year. Shit like that made me grateful for something to turn to like homeschooling.

I have to say, the boss battles in The Legend of Kage 2 are REALLY well done.

I have like 5 actual songs on my iPod. The rest is podcasts. I don't have a computer of my own so it's nice that I can get them on wifi without using itunes.

*Blah blah ipod sucks yes you're so different and cool for hating apple*

The conduit is looking pretty good. New videos on ign were impressive. For Wii, anyway. I might have to buy that there one.
bet the internet widened more than your tastes...
I think that could be said to anyone, even to a pillow strapped to 3 rockets giving birth.

I know the feeling. I had to work 7am to 4pm today and from about 9am till about 3pm it was a madhouse , with people everywhere buying up everything. It was insanity.

go American culture! woohyeah!

no offense to anyone but on that note, ever since the 360 got the NXE I've noticed how slightly overweight some people are.

The 15+ years of studies saying "hey, america, you're fat" didn't do it for you?

Whether it makes a difference or not , I work at a grocery store , not a regular retail store.

Radio is pretty bad, yeah. Internet radio is so much more win.

I have no idea what to play tonite. I'm going to say Fallout 3.
Rei, I keep thinking ur avatar is Lili... since she's better than gag-a girl or whatever that is... man I don't even know what people listen to nowadays.
Lady GaGa is awesome. Her music is so fun to listen to, and her stage performances are so crazy and cool:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_OAEcqHM9Y

I don't get people that bitch about music nowadays. If you check my mp3 player I have music from pretty much every genre and era.

Oh, and ipods suck.

I have a 40 GB Creative Zen Xtra I got for $120 years ago. Still going, and I can easily replace the battery and 2.5" IDE HDD, so I'll use it until it dies completely. It's almost full of music.

Killing dudes by sliding your horse into them in Gun is highly amusing. They just get hit and slide, leaving a trail of blood.

oh just you wait until you're blowing up horses.

Sliding your horse into them is awesome too though. Something about that game was awesome.

My favorite was scalping people, and listening to the various things they say as they die.

"Take my boots off. I don't want to die with my boots on..."

I was just scalping some Injuns. :) I had a pile of their bodies at my feet, and I scalped the lot of them.

And blowing up horses sounds like a blast too.

So far, it's enjoyable.

Even if her music was good (I don't listen to it). She would not be as cool as Lili.

Lili kicks ass. Lots and lots of it.

So, my wife wanted to get grocieries today... I told her to go once the game started because then no one would be out. Boy was I was wrong - she said it was the most packed she'd ever seen it. This was at around 4-5 pm (I'm Pacific so the game was well underway then). WTF? Oh well, at least it wasn't me.

I was just laughing at all the high-school bashing posts a few pages back. It is especially funny to me to see the complaints about computer equipment. I think my HS had one computer with one of those green CRT screens and an 8" floppy drive. Yeah... I was also one of the first kids to turn in papers that were written on a computer. The teachers were highly suspicious of that back then and everyone thought it was cheating, somehow, not to write your essays by hand. Note that I printed these off the original model Mac on a dot-matrix printer - so yeah, I'm old ;).

I have to say, though, I can't imagine what school must be like nowadays with the cell phones and texting and iPods and such. Kids were unruly enough when I went to HS (at a small private high school no less) that it must be a nightmare in big public schools. Well, my daughter is only 3 years away from that so I guess I'll find out.

In gaming news, I finally knocked out those two really hard PoP trophies the other day (the two I consider the hardest are stupid bronzes - the 14-hit combo one and the combo master one). Now I'm just cruising through a second play to get the speed and < 100 deaths trophies, then I'll have my platinum. I just wanted to see if it was possible for me to get one of those - it is such a pain on most games, though (and as a result takes away from the pure enjoyment of the game), that I probably won't go for too many more.

Been playing The Maw on the side as an easy-paced, light-hearted distraction (plus my son, who played it all the way through wanted to tell me how to do each level).

I'm considering what to start next. I might go with Fable II, but I've seen some serious bashing of that game by various CAGs (one just a few pages back in this thread in fact). But the reviews are stellar of course. So, for those of you who have problems with it, what are they (without spoilers of course)? Keep in mind I never played the original, so I have absolutely no expectations going into it.

I thought Fable II was very entertaining. The game did have some technical problems when it first came out. In addition, some people don't like the ability to spam magic, but you don't have to play the game that way. The main story/quest is kind of short for an RPG. Also, the two player co-op is lame. That's about all I got, but again, I liked the game overall.

this.

also, after watching that video, i'm putting her in the same catagory as a britney spears type of performer.

I like shows where I feel like saying "fuck Yeah!" not "I Want to fuck Her Yeah!"

i'm sure it's fun though, just not for me.

I think I was given some special Gamer steroids or something, because I just beat Castlevania: Order of Eclessia. Just...What the fuck!? I mean...I final bosses should be hard, but DAMN, there are limits.
Would you say the Maw is worth the ten bucks? I was going to save my points for GTA but I'm very tempted.
No. They cut out a 3rd of the game to sell you as DLC.
Don't support that bullshit.

Same goes with Fable 2, but not quite as much.

I am done with Fable 2, and I must say its one of the worst WRPGS I have ever played, if not THE worst.
The story to the awful graphics, to the loading, to the button mashing mindless combat, to the easy to break economy, to the world that you never give a shit about, to the awful dialog.
The entire game is so contrived, and you never feel like your choices mean anything.

I think I beat Chrono Trigger for the first time last night (I haven't a clue if I actually got to the end over the course of various rentals in my youth). I'll have to look up the various endings, I got #1, which is probably the vanilla one.

Luckily the sidequests were nice additions to the story so I wasn't bored leveling up for the end boss.
Anyone got an unused guest pass for Team Fortress 2?
Just wait until the Scout pack comes out. There's likely to be a free weekend included.

I think you just beat the original segment of the game. That's as far as I've gotten as well. There's supposed to be an additional new ending that ties it in more so with Chrono Cross, but I haven't gotten to that myself.

Fire Emblem (Gamecube) is great. Everyone should play hard mode and hit the reset button as much as possible. I still have two more part of the chapter to complete before Ike turns into a lord. :bomb: Darn you bastards sicing like 50 enemies as me. I'm outnumbered.

I thought the Maw was well worth my $10, that DLC thing does suck a bit. I enjoyed playing through it.

Mind you if you look at it from a strictly value for money point of view, you do get 2 free gamerpics and a free Premium theme with it.

The new ending is a nice little bonus for CT fans and enough to make me beat it all over again. Even with the new ending Chrono Cross still has a hard time fitting into the story.

Nope, but you do need to beat the game (any ending I think.) It opens up in your old save file. After you beat the game you should get a little cut scene showing you where to find it.

Lady GaGa mentioned or referenced Klaus Nomi somehow or other, I heard it in passing.
That's the only interesting thing about her.

Videogames.

Oh, is it the dimensional vortex?

I should be able to get to that sometime this month. I have some long doctor visits planned so that should give me plenty of time to complete it.
