Same here. But I really don't see much of a problem with it. I might consider re-buying Metroid Prime if it turns out well.

You actually made me worried about popping in my brand new DJ Max Fever tonight for a quick play before I save it to my stick. I thought it did it automatically to your memory card or something.

It hurts no one that already dumps their UMDs, and hurts no one that doesn't dump their UMDs.

Just finished up Kirby Ultra on the ds.
Pretty good game, but Canvas Curse is the superior kirby game.
For some reason, it made me think of Drill Dozer too, good game iirc.

Also, started playing Mario Party ds and that's alot of fun! I was surprised.

Anyways, if you guys want - I've got an auction that ends in a week on cag. Cheers.

So I picked up Yakuza yesterday since everyone talks about it (never really heard of it before) and got to where I have to find the bar with the little girl. Pretty amusing so far. How long does it take to beat the first and second?

Played some more MHF2 last night and today and have hit a wall now so upgrading my armor and weapons up to try and take down the last mission I'm stuck on in the elder 3* quests.

The main quest? Uh, maybe 10-12 hours? You get what you put into it, though. Theoretically, you could spend a lot more time with it doing side stuff, goofing around, if you wanted to.

Prinny has Disgaea-style grinding? I haven't played it...my post was just in jest.

I'm thinking of picking up Disgaea 3 though, if I can get it sub-$30.
 
mamesj, if I download the hi-res jacket mod for RE4 PC, does Leon always wear the jacket, or does he lose it where he regularly does?

Yeah, it takes a few hours, but it's pretty worth it. If you skip the movies pack, that'll cut down your time. The movies will look awful either way. Let me know which ones you're getting.
 
I'm gettin' everything you recommended on GAF (besides the movies since you said they look like crap anyways).

-Albert's 2.0 texture pack
-Enhanced environment
-Hi-res villagers and bosses
-Hi-res Leon and Ashley
-Using a 360 controller and using the 360 button replacement mod (displays the QTEs and menu navigation stuff with 360 buttons.)

Does the game have a laser sight in the game or do I need a mod?

Also, do I need the official patch or is a community patch better (the one that adds the correct lighting and textures that the PC version was missing)?

ugh, that thread is a mess...i'm embarrassed. :lol: Grab the official patch first. I don't know if its a requirement, but that's what i did and my shit's working.

also, one of those patches (I think the hi-res villagers) gives ashley a blue shirt instead of an orange one.

The laser sight is in game. It's bright as fuck. Thankfully, there's a mod to turn it down on that same board with all the RE4 mods.

Target keeps taunting me with a stack of $5 copies of that game, not sure why it's the only thing to sit on the clearance shelf for a year. Played it through and enjoyed it, just wasn't as blown away by it as others seemed to be.
