Hey man, that reasoning worked with King of Fighters and Fatal Fury. And while I didn't play the games when they first came out because I'm not 47 like you, the Final Fantasy series was fucking bad until IV.

Well, another Squeenix fuckup, it seems.[/QUOTE]You never played Star Ocean 4 either, so you might like it. All Star Ocean games are great. It's the 5th greatest RPG series IMO after FF, Xenosaga/Xenogears, Kingdom Hearts, and Grandia.

I was just trying to casually unlock characters on easiest last night, and about midway through one I fought Sagat who decided to become "hardest", tried 10 times and quit.
This was after beating everyone before him with near perfects.

Second time, Seth decided he didn't like my "easiest" setting and killed me 20 times before I said fuck it and quit.

I like my Itagaki Terminator avatar. It kinda reminds me of myself, a Japanese Cyborg with long hair and hideous acne scars sent from the future to make hard ass games with ninjas and big ol' titties in them.

Final Fantasy IV was the 2nd SNES game I owned, after Super Mario World, of course. I was so hyped up for it, and it delivered completely.

I don't quite agree with that. Sonic Rush is good though. As far as fighters go, Rumble Fish is amusing, but nothing I would call damned good. RF2 is supposedly much improved, though it remains arcades only.

SFIV is the best game they've ever had a hand in.

Ok, fine, damned good to me. I happen to enjoy their DBZ games thoroughly because they actually have some depth to them. Yea, depth, with guard/ki cancels n' shit. :lol: They also make some games that are just plain fun to play. You should try them sometime. :razz:

DBZ? Pass. Sonic Pocket was pretty sweet for NGPC. I'm not too big on games based on anime/manga, just because they usually suck. Not always, just usually.
