Motorstorm is such a great looking PSP game. I take a lot of screenshots while racing..

Uncharted 1 was a damn nice looking game, but I still think I don't like it as much as everyone here just because I suck at shooters in general.

I'll be honest and say I rushed most enemies with melee than I did shoot them. It's habbit. I pref to kill characters in games with my bare fists over a gun... just makes more sense to me with no reason to back it up. That's why I always die when people ask me to play Halo with them lol
Does it piss you off even more when you realize you have Monday off but can't get the game until Tuesday?

Maybe it is just a shameless copy of God of War, but Dante's Inferno is looking great and I can't wait to play it.
As long as it's more polished than Conan, I'll check it out at some point.
I was going to get it on PS3 until I found out how terrible it actually was, because of the controller.
I was going to go with the PS3 version has well. But after hearing about the differences I'll probably go with the 360. Even if they are minor I'm going with the better version.

On a side note it's kind of interesting to see just how much Platinum is going out their way to distance themselves from the PS3 port. Apparently the Japanese PS3 demo has a message saying that it was "converted by Sega."

There is nothing wrong with god of war clones. God of War is handsdown my favorite game in the action/adventure genre. Everything seems to flow much better than in NG/DMC. Doesn't hurt that kratos is badass.

I'm also looking forward to Darksiders: Wrath of War in january.
I wish PSP Go was cheaper, and that the games were cheaper.

It would be ideal on the train/in the city.
Digital Distribution through sony worries me, since I can't see them putting games on sale/"clearance" because, well having them priced higher isnt costing them anything like shelf space is at retail. I don't trust sony to be as awesome with sales as steam/impulse/gog are.

I've been looking into getting a psp lately, and even as a non-owner at this point it doesnt make sense to get the go because I couldn't just goto town on cheap pre-owned umds to fill out a collection for a new system.

The prices of the games don't bug me. It's the price of the system itself that annoys me.

I think Sega is the one going out of their ways on this one. And apparently, journalists can't ask about the PS3 version because their interviews get cut short. I don't know who is working on this PS3 port for Bayonetta, but if I had to wager a guess, it'd be Sonic Team.

That has better graphics than a lot of Wii games.

That's probably why I liked Wolverine so much.

I forgot all about that.

Don't want to know or watch Dante's inferno gameplays/interview.

For some reason, the more knowledge you know about video games, the more you spend money :|.

Like Demon's souls for once. I just watched a gameplay/preview/interview/ (infamous unboxing video) and it brainwashed me to buy it day 1..

If you decide initially to not let the hype get you ur fine. I usually set aside reasons why I need to purchase a game vs my wants when coming to an effing game.

I think I buy a retail game only twice every three months due to fine tuning what I want and need. Deals are just a plus to me. Also, gamefly helped for when I had it.
Same here. You getting MW2 on the PS3? If so (and you haven't already), add me!
yea I am and I got you added already.

Agreed. Although, it reminds me more of Ninja Gaiden more than GoW

Just finished Kingdom hearts 358/2 days. Pretty good game. The camera wasn't that bad. The ending was really good and enjoyable. Was worth the 7 dollars I paid on amazon after gift cards and discounts lol.

Rei - not sure how I feel about playing a Malkavian. So far, most of the dialogue options have just been strangely-worded versions of the regular choices. Having said that, some of the lines are pretty damn good, like "My mind has already left. My body now follows."

So far, my decision to play as a female character has had a greater impact on the game than my switch from Gangrel to Mal. Much fun was had with the astrolite dealer guy on the beach.

I'll get you for that one later. It's a blatant god of war rip off, but it looks like a good rip off.

I just played Klonoa on Wii (the copy dallow sent me). Really enjoying it so far; however, had to adjust the control scheme to be the same as on PlayStation. Definitely brings up old memories to when I last played that game on PS1.

Send that Klonoa (and Wii) my way.

I like Kingdom Hearts, but I have no desire to play 358/2 Days at this point and time.

I played some Halo 3 this afternoon. Maybe play isn't the best word, though. I still need 3 achievements in that game. I also got past another boss in Lost Odyssey which I started playing again recently. I got an item that immediately got stolen. Yeah...that sucks.

That is nothing to be ashamed of. You are just more badass then the rest of us.

If you are going to get U2 - I'd recommend just play through on very easy and just donkey punch everyone before they know what hit em.

Unsharted 2, Brutal Regend, and Dead Space Extraction for TRU B2G1?

Or maybe something else to exchange for FM3 instead of Dead Space.. That actually sounds about right.

The dialogue lines get pretty comical. Also you get to do some funny things with the insanity ability the Malkavians have. The obfuscate ability makes the game a lot easier at times too. I still prefer playing as a Tremere, but Malkavians are still fun.

And yeah, I almost always play female.

LOL. I keep getting reminded of NG when I watch the vids.
yo mak! College is awesome! School is a breeeze and got me a job as an IT for the school. The school food suck major ass though. But with a 1:8 male to female ratio, I cant complain. How about you?

Back to Demon's Souls!

Well, I went with the "Completely Batshit" history to buff up my Dementia abilities at the cost of my Obfuscate, so I know I'll have trouble with the arbitrary stealth sections that lie ahead.

I'll survive.

Final Fantasy 7 is a lot more fun on the PSP where I can curl up in bed with it. I'm actually kinda glad I never really put any time into it on the ps1.

Another thing is the Malkavians hear voices. So if you listen while you're talking to people you'll sometimes hear a creepy voice whispering to you. Usually giving you some kind of insight.

Making me want to play it again. I've played that game so many times though, and I have so many other games to finish...

Fired up the 360 after a couple weeks of gathering dust and played some more Prince of Persia.

Still liking it, but the light orbs are just lazy game design to make it seem longer. " Let's make them go through an area, beat a boss, then back track through the whole area they just went through again to get orbs, most of which are right in the main path." :bomb:

I maybe had to backtrack all of three times to get more orbs.

The only time it pissed me off was when i was trying to beat the game and the final boss area required more orbs than i had. :|

Then again, I wasn't in a hurry either -- if I saw orbs that didn't look impossible to get, I usually got them.

I played Rambo in the arcade yesterday...pretty fun. Looking to play House of the Dead 4 next sometime.

Started Klonoa 2 today. I'm not sure why everyone acts like this is such a fantastic game. So far it just seems like a normal 2d platformer with talking furrys.

Is that Lunateas Veil? If yes, then that game was amazing. :applause:

Went through some XBLA games today.

Hexic HD- I didn't realize I had this. I remember never having this with my first 2 360s, but I guess the 120 GIG HD brought it along. Huh. Its a pretty fun game, I enjoy Hexic 2 more.

Mega Man 9 - Holy fuck this is the hardest thing ever. OMGWTFBBQ. I can't even get to Galaxy Man and he's supposed to be the easiest.

Gunstar Heroes- I'm on the last level. Its really fun but really short. I'll finish it tonight after the football games.

UNCHARTED 2 ON TUESDAY! I've stayed off all the demos and everything so I'm really excited for a fresh experience. I have a day off tomorrow and I'm kind of tempted to play the first one....

Mega Man 9 isn't hard. You're just not paying attention.

What sorts of things should I be looking out for? Ive never played a Mega Man game before.

I played more Katamari Forever. While I do progress in it, there's no denying I love that Gingerbread house stage and play it a bit too much.

Although I'm about to blog about it, I'm debating if I should just go 720p for my bedroom TV (32"), or if I should spend a little more and go with 1080p (same size, but its a slightly older model for $50 more).
