I was making a joke since uraizen was saying that I love RTS games. (But I do in-fact dislike them, even though I've played quite a few).

I think it was you, who a while back mentioned how LoL has one of the most elitist communities ever. And, well I did play LoL once, because one of my best friends was really into it and asked me to play. The problem is I've never played DotA before, so I was like I'm probably going to be fairly confused but sure I'll at least try it. And, I played as Nunu and my friend tried to explain how DotA works and how to play my character but I don't think I really understood and my entire team was yelling at me and telling me I was an idiot by the end. Basically I play games to have fun, I don't mind learning new things, but I'm completely turned off from a game when it feels like the entire community doesn't want to help new players at all (especially in a team based game) , so I told my friend I would never be playing LoL again.

I'm tempted on picking up comic jumper and HC: Uprising. Kinda wanted to get Hard Corps on PSN though.

Comic Jumper is straight up trash. Worst 1200 points I ever spent. It's not even worth 400.
Hard Corps is good, but I would think the PS3 controller and the reduced load times make it a better game on PSN.
 
Comic Jumper is not good IMO, and I'm a huge Twisted Pixel fan.

And yeah, Hard Corps is great, but it's better on PSN.
 
Is Hard Corps playable with a joystick?

PS: Mass Effect was one of the best next-gen games I've played, can't believe I slept on it this long.

So yeah, guess I'll skip Comic Jumper. Figured it'd be decent for 400 points, but eh, fuck it.

Hard Corps is indeed better on PS3, just for the faster load times and better Dpad.
 
I thought Comic Jumper was a 1200 point game? How is it 400 at 50% off?

I loved Comic Jumper for the story and personality. The shooting gameplay could've been a bit better, but worked fine for me.

Time for some Journey.

Yeah it's very fun with friends though.

It's funny how serious people take the non-ranked games. You'd think if you were "pro" you would be on a 5s team and playing strictly ranked -- but instead they play non-ranked and cry about everything :roll:

It's equal to joining a pub de_dust2 server in CS and complaining about your team's abilities.

Comic Jumper had it's price permanently reduced to 800 points awhile back -- probably because it wasn't selling well? So now it's 800 - 50% = 400.

I wouldn't try playing on a stick... the dashing/reflecting/etc. I think work better on the shoulder buttons.

I'd rather just do it here instead. The disc release is just SSFIV plus the AE DLC with a new title screen. You get a new insert, 4 new pages in the manual, new icon (on XMB), new background (on XMB), new disc artwork and that's about it. There's no costumes included, you still need to buy those. It will work using your old SSFIV save and does not give you a second set of trophies.

The freezing has been patched, but the screen tears and texture pop in is still a pretty huge problem towards the end of the game.

It wasn't patched as of January. Every time it autosaved, which thankfully isn't as often as better-made games, it froze the game for a few seconds until it was done.
