Hank pretty much said it perfectly in his posts. It'll hurt, and stuff that random people say on the internet isn't gonna make it much better. It's something that you'll both work out on your own through the support of friends and family, as well as self-awareness and learning to further deal with your emotions.

Today, I get Ico/SOTC and Shadows of the Damned. Hopefully, they won't be delivered until later in the day, because when I got Gears last week, I ended up skipping my last class of the day to play it.

Holy fuck, Gears 3 on insane is much worse than hardcore would have me believe. The first "boss" in chapter 1 act 2, I think... what a fuckin' pain. I played with a couple guys enough to have acts 2 and 3 done, but dayum :lol:

About to head to Kmart to get that coupon train rolling with ICO/Sotc. Both games are good on PS2, SotC in particular blew me away in 2005 and if it wasn't for RE4 coming out early that year, would've won my personal GOTY award for the year.

I do remember saying at the time that I wished they had waited and made it on PS3 because of the framerate issues. I'm like required to go buy it now.

Picked up X-Men Destiny after a Redbox adventure...

Reserved it at the closest one that has it. I get there and the thing where you swipe your card isn't working when I try the pickup option. So now the game is held hostage until tomorrow night at 9. I called them and they gave me 2 50 percent off codes and took the charge off.

I go to another store 15 minutes away that I know had the PS3 version in stock and go to check out...now I can't use my debit card because the reservation is still standing and you can only have 1 game out at a time for the first rental. (which is odd since I used the card to get Duke Nukem Forever months ago).

Funny that a series of vending machines has better customer service than most retail stores.
