Even though it's a throwback to LTTP I agree. After seeing the Link skin for Monster Hunter 4 it made me more angry. Granted that looks jaggy but at least the art looks way better.

 
I bought too much and am buying more next week from the PSN sale. Sometimes I think I spend more time buying games than playing them. At least I'll have 3 days coming up to game. Hopefully I can knock out a backlog game or two.

 
I can't even write a simple program to display text on two different lines and there are people that make entire fucking games by themselves. 

Looks like I need to change my major.

Yeah, maybe in a crazy alternate universe where overwritten and cliche protagonists that do the same thing over and over again every single season are good characters.

Yeah, the ending supposedly leaves a lot to be desired. I'm still looking forward to trying it myself, but it's hard to keep the hype.

I had that issue as well. Although not that bad. I could write code, but I didn't have the patience or innate language skill to write an entire game by myself. In hindsight, I wish I had forced myself to get a computer science degree, even though I'm already in a tech/engineering field.

I graduated in that major and probably couldn't even figure out a "hello world!" program at this point.

Hey ihadFG PAX East passes are on sale, they are already sold out of the 3 day passes, but as of a little bit ago you could still buy 3 single day passes. So if you plan on going you might want to check and see if they are still available.

I'm trying to book a hotel (which is proving to be a nightmare), and if I do and you don't have a place yet you're welcome to room with me, and my sister who is tentative. If she ends up not being able to go and you can't get tickets, I could also sell you her tickets as a possibility too (I think it might be a little while before she will know if she can come though, since it basically has to work around her medical school schedule for next semester which she doesn't know yet).

Most programming assignments involved looking online for the necessary snippets of logic and code, and trying to rework it into something that compiled. I relied on that pretty heavily with lecture material as a guideline, which is generally how they want you to work. I was capable enough on that front, but I couldn't go to a white board for you right at this moment and give you anything that made sense.

Walking into a program now, I'd say anyone with access to Google is pretty much on my level. Suffice to say, I'm not pursuing this field.

I did pretty much the same damned thing, only I gave the actual drink to a buddy after getting the code. What a good game.

 
You didn't even have to drink the NOS to get the costume. That was the last time I bought a non-Starbucks energy drink. That costume was so awesome. It would have been ever more awesome if they got Terry's VA to voice him for that costume.

Jeez, I didn't even know they were going on sale. They sell out so fast! I probably won't be going since I think I might be visiting Boston a few weeks before that, and I don't really have the money or desire to make two trips up there in such a short span (and since buying 3 one day passes would be $120). If you ever plan to come to any conventions in the DC/MD/VA area though, let me know.

If you like games like Animal Crossing or other simulation/life games then you may enjoy the Harvest Moon series, they are pretty relaxing and have some fun activities in them to stop it from being the same thing every day, but they definitely wont appeal to everybody.
