I also plan on playing BG2 someday. Probably going to save it for my winter vacation where I lie around my house in pajamas ever day.

We should do multiplayer =p. I never played a BG but #2 seems like the better place to start.

So I beat Spiderman last night, and I still stand by what I said earlier: I think it's a good game. Playing as the different spideys was quite fun, and I really enjoyed what the game delivered. But, now I'm pretty much undecided on what to play next. I could start Demon's Souls again, but I haven't played in a really long time and I dont know if I can get into it.

I did bring back my Turtle Beaches and get a pair of Tritton 720's and I have to say so far, they are unbelivable and worth every penny.

my biggest problem with SM:SD was that the 4 character presentation made the games narrative sections be too far apart. I kind of think it would have benefit from being set-up like the tutorial and the end all the way through- or at least allowing less freedom of choice between characters so that there could have been a few more story scenes.
Cause they decided to let the mentally disabled team choose the roster.
Mentally disabled? Please, you give them too much credit.
how do you manage this?!

are you using the :

0X0X00
0X0X00
X000X0

pattern?

Or do you just have good luck?
Yes, I'm using the pattern. Must be good luck too, as this is the best I've done in any video game contest I found out about from this site.
It says in the rules that depending on what time you play the contest, you'll win or you'll lose.
I played mid-morning Hawaii time. I guess that's after lunch or thereabouts PST.

Edit: Won a $5 Subway GC. The 3D TV and Move bundle keep teasing me. >_
There is literally nothing. Except for the Chinese FFXIII, which has Jap audio with English subs.

I'm thinking about buying Baldur's Gate 1 from GOG. It's the first game and its expansion and it works without graphical issues, unlike prior releases (which bugged out if you got too ambitious with the graphics settings.) Never actually played Baldur's Gate, but I should probably do it eventually. I mean, it's supposed to be really good, right?...
There are some really nice mods out there for Baldur's Gate where you can apply widescreen and change resolution and such (http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=406868)

Are you saying the Tritton's are better than the Turtle Beaches? I'm still looking for headphone/headset combos (and preferably wireless).

Whoa, my PS2's gonna be here TOMORROW!! YEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH

Productivity wa shock. Good thing I was planning on working my ass off today.

Want DR2 on PC.
But need PS3 for online.

I'll get it eventually I suppose for cheap, PC one has cheese too so that helps but mainly want the FPS boost.

fugggg.... I forgot, my PS2 is being shipped by fed ex... and they require you to sign for the package. I'm not gonna be around when he shows up, so does anyone know if you can just like... have him leave it there. I mean, for fuck's sake.

I'm pretty sure they leave like a "sign" on your door knob saying where you can pick it up and at what time if you don't feel like waiting 'till tomorrow when they'll come back again.

See, but I think that when they do that, you have to wait till the next business day or something to pick it up. Or maybe not!? I don't know!!!

ARRRGGHHHHH

WHY!?????????????????????????????

I really want to hook up all my Japanese gamesofts to my XRGB-3 and feel like Nobunaga 2010.

OH fuck YEAH just won Charlie's Angels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the prize I was hoping for, I'm so fucking happy right now. This totally just made my week.

Charlie's Angels is that box that comes with a PS3 system and a move bundle, right?

I personally like the Trittons more so far. They are much more comfortable, and the sound is exceptional. However, I am mainly using them on my PS3 and pc, if your planning on using them more on xbox, I hear that the Turtle Beach X11's are really good, but they aren't compatible with the other systems.

Jesus Christ. How much of an asshole do you have to be to think 7 AM is a good time to loudly phone call your mom about how to write a fucking deposit slip while your roommate is trying to sleep

I liked Enslaved, but then I enjoyed Heavenly Sword as well.
I'm going to post some flyers around campus today -- gotta find those fighting game players.

I know they're out there...
I've wanted to find people around here to play with too, but I haven't been too proactive in my search.

I have a pending gig in Elgin sometime late October/early November. If I was there on more than business, I'd let you kick my ass for free.

More than one. :cold:

I won a lunch tote this morning.

GT5 and LBP CEs keep teasing me.
I won 3 copies of LBP2 from that Subway contest, I had to decline 2 of them since I don't have an extra address to ship them to.
I liked Heavenly Sword, but hated the Enslaved demo. Holy crap did it seem to try and be Uncharted a lot during the "platforming" sections. I call it "platforming", because much like Uncharted all you do is hold the stick in the direction of the ledge and push X. You don't really have to do anything besides that, no jump timing or anything "too" complicated.

The presentation in Enslaved is top notch.

But the camera is lame and the combat is uninspired (at least in the demo). :(

pretty much how I felt.

One more level in Rolando and then I cross that off my backlog. Got that one free off of one of you guys when Best Buy was giving it away back in the summer of 09.
