I wasn't super impressed with KZ2, so I'm not gonna bother with KZ3.

MK9 is an MK game, so no.

Dead Space 2 will probably be good, but I still haven't finished the first one, probably should get back to that sometime...

MvC3 I'll probably get.

Those are my sentiments. KZ2 SP was strictly by the numbers. and fucking rico. Hate that sob.

I had a lot of fun with Muli though. Although it kind of sucked that everything was locked from the beginning. I think it was the last PS3 game I played a lot of online.

Yep.

I didn't mind wired controllers when I was living at home or in dorms since it was just gaming on smaller tvs and sitting close to them.

But once I was on to living in my own places and gaming on a big screen, they were terribly impractical with hassling with extension cables to reach the couch etc.

II played like an hour of SP and spent the rest of my time online. I mostly played with some the CAGs and played a few match with other sites. I was shocked to find I wasn't the worst player. :D

Yeah, it was pretty annoying that you had to pretty much unlock everything. But from the sounds of it KZ3 fixes that.

icebeast, you didn't like the original MK games, before everything went to hell with MK4? MKII and UMK3 were a ton of fun for me, so I'm willing to give the new throwback game a shot.

I remember mildly enjoying MKII as a kid but I always thought SFII was better. Now that my kid goggles have worn off I realize that MK was fairly terrible and SFII was more enjoyable because it was a way better game.

Oh no doubt. SFII relied more on an actual combo system and less gimmicks, but I still think MKII and UMK3 were fun. :)

I enjoyed 2 and 3, but the series has been so far gone for the best 10 years, I am going to wait for more impressions, since not a whole lot seems to be known about it.

I got Deadly Alliance for around $5, me and my roommate played one round, the game was so bad I put it in my closet and we never spoke of it again.

KZ2 mutli was good, except for the fact that the jackass college bros who skipped class to play night and day had all the classes unlocked and I barely had medic. :(

KZ2 > Halo, in my book. Better than some of the CoD (*cough*Treyarch*cough*) games too, at least for multi. Single player sucked. Hope they fixed that.
