I barely played any Tales of Vesperia last night, but I finally managed to get the final sliver of map I needed for Map Nerd. I also finally completed TMNT 1989 Arcade on XBLA with Real Ultimate Power.

Also, I beat Super Princess Peach. I would've recommend people trying it until I found out you have to get EVERY SINGLE TOAD to face the final boss. Worst Nintendo game design decision ever. (NOTE: Nintendo games with Wii in the title are not actually games)

DMC and The Club worth getting from Gamefly? I played a little of the Club and didn't like it but I'm thinking for 13 bucks it's worth a try.....

If I sign up for a free trial of gamefly will those games be any cheaper, or get here faster?

Rofl at CrushCrushCrush. It's my favorite guilty pleasure song, surprised someone mentioned it.

I'll just break down and start a group for it in the Gamesharing thread. Can't beat 40 cents a song.

You could get the Club at Target for $13 new (It's on clearance). I liked DMC4 for $60, so...yeah, it's a good distraction game. I beat it pretty easy on Devil Hunter mode, and I usually beat DMC games on easy (I got sorta far in DMC3 on Normal though)
(NOTE: Nintendo games with Wii in the title are not actually games)
That's weird. I've played a lot of Mario Kart Wii and Wii Sports for them not being games... :whistle2:k

Oh shit, they have burnout for 22.99. I'll think about it at school, but I'm probably ordering that and DMC. Course I still have DMC 3 to play......

Finally got through the last chapter before the final multi-part endgame in Radiant Dawn. Hopefully I can finish that this week to pave the way for DQ.

Mornin' GGT,

Buy.com has 4gb Pro Duo's for $20 shipped if anyone is interested, I'd post it in the deals forum but I think the same thing came up a few weeks ago.

Picked up Fifa 08 and Mx Vs ATV for $12.50 each on Target clearance, more games for my sealed pile of shame :)

Boosted some SOF last night and played a bit of C&C3 (but I wasn't really into it), that was it gaming wise.

Edit - Sweet, gamerscore palindrome again.

Why am I considering this, even though I haven't turned on my PSP in months?

I was trying to get that while I was playing the game. But I couldn't seem to find the parts of the maps I missed. When I get my 360 back I'm going to try for it again, I'm hoping that I can see them easier on my new TV.

I already have 2 8gb cards I use for movies, I picked up this incase I start downloading stuff off the PSN network.

I've not really looked at the stuff available for downloading to the PSP, but I may need the storage in the future.

Beeeeen playing the one and only Final Fantasy VII on my psp. Just got out of Midgar. Definitely the best opening to an RPG ever--blowing up reactors, dressing up as a woman to trick the mob, breaking into the research labs of a corporation, a mad scientist try to mate Red XIII with Aeris, etc. Why there are so few RPGs that take place in more modern/futuristic settings is beyond me. I hate cutesy fantasy setting games like Vesperia...

Impulse bought Vay for my ipod touch-- yuck. I don't know why I'd buy a crappy jrpg for my ipod when I have a cfw psp

What can I buy with 2500 Wii points? I want something really good. I already have everything thats good X_X Anyone want to buy an unused 2000 pts card + 500 pt gift?

I feel the same way n.d. FFXIII is in a sci-fi world though. I like fantasy ones better though. They just need good timing. FFIX had good timing because VII and VIII were both moder/sci-fi. Anyway lets not talk about this in every GGT.

Awesome stuff. I hope to have mine soooooooon!

Wat!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?

I Neeeds It

Limited to 200?? Bullshit! Make that s available to everyone!!

I"m going to trade in MGS4 today!? :whee: $35 ish dollars for a game I'll likely not play again for a few years sounds good. I might trade my 360 wireless controller too, since I only use the wired one, and the play and charge battery is dying.
Cool story, just bombed a test in my Adobe Illustrator class.
How do you bomba an illustrator test? Raster, Vector, Pen Tool, Gradient Mesh. A+.

That Mega Man 9 cart is awesome. I'd love to have a real NES cart of that.

Have they ever divulged how MM9 is being made? I'd assume it's all freshly coded to look like an NES game, rather than building a new NES rom and running it in an emulator, although the latter would make a real NES cart possible.

My love-hate relationship with you grows stronger everyday. I want that damned MM9 cart!

pretty sure it's just art assets being developed with NES level of quality. I remember reading that their initial designs were deemed "too detailed/advanced" so they had to go and simplify them.
How do you bomba an illustrator test? Raster, Vector, Pen Tool, Gradient Mesh. A+.
It was like a real test, not a "Make something awesome!" test. Like, a multiple-choice "Hope you read the entire chapter of this book, especially the unimportant stuff!" test.

OH fuck YOU.

I thought i was a real NES cart.
He also said the "cheat" was no accident, uh-huh
I dunno, He seems crazy enough to do something like that.
Apparently Peter Molyneux is saying that the Fable II Pub Game cheaters are in for a surprise when Fable 2 comes out.
"oh the bug was all part of my master plan because software glitches fit in so well with the fantasy role playing theme of Fable II.".

I'm curious to know who didn't cheat with Pub Games.
I dunno, He seems crazy enough to do something like that.
Actually in fairness maybe it was intentional, the thought had crossed my mind, but whats the point ?

I'll just start Fable II and not bother importing my money from Pub Games.

I don't see how its possible to make any money out of that game legit, you just end up in debt.

Pub Games was aids anyway, thank God I didn't pay anything for it.

I seriously can't believe they intentionally put in a cheat that exploits the game in the way this one does. If they did, they should be ashamed for not even attempting to integrate a real "role playing" element into it. Like I'm supposed to believe I can walk into a casino, change my bet at the last minute and expect the House to pay me the max amount every time until I've completely bankrupt the casino? Lame.

And yeah, I'm glad it was free. The "game" itself is boring.

I'm not trying to compare it at all and start up the FFVII forum battle. Hell, I haven't even played 8 or 9. Just saying after all these years, the first few hours still blow me away. In fact, on the few replays I've tried of this game, I haven't made it much further than the Dyne part.

but I'm not going to use Aeris at all this time [spoilers]BECAUSE AERIS DIES.[/spoilers]

*looks outside* damn... that sun is a'shinin'. That's no good for Bionic Commando Rearmed. Well, it should be dark tonight. So maybe that's a better time to play.

Dude, if you didn't know that spoiler already something is wrong with you.

Went to hastings. They said I could buy the rental Yakuza. Problem was they were going to charge me like 24 bucks and there was no manual, on top of a shit disk. :(
Chac, why are you playing BCR nocturnally?
Coz games are meant to be played in tha dark. Especially good ones.

And partly coz this way, I can study for random shit during the day, and then I can play shit guilt-free, nah meen?

Yay, I have to write a college admissions essay for my English class. Oh, and probably to send to some college.

Shit, I wish I knew what I want to so with my life, other than smoke pot and play Anyway You Want It with my plastic guitar.

College is overrated. Just start working at a retail store and you'll work your way up to at least where most college kids end up.

So I found a used 16 gig touch on amazon....do I sell my Zune and risk the touch being in shit condition?

I need to do homework, but I want to play Rock Band. RAWWWR

Don't sell it. If you're not sure about what you're getting, I wouldn't chance it.

That's what I was thinking. Not even sure how much to try and get out of my Zune anyways.
