I, too, was shocked to see an Australian PAL copy come in the mail today and I promptly fired off a note of complaint. They replied within a half-hour that they'd forgotten to put a sticker on the box that it was compatible with NTSC 360s and some looking around (before coming here) shows this to be the case.

Methinks they're doing some shady gray market importing here. I wonder what Microsoft thinks of this sort of shenanigans?

Edit: BTW, I ordered it late Sunday night with the cheapest shipping option and it came today, only four days later. Not bad.

Gogamer usually does stuff like this. I've bought several PC games from them during these "Madness" sales, and they've always turned out to be imports. They've also always worked fine. I'm surprised they would do the same with a 360 game, though.

I checked last night and everything works. Leaderboards, online play, achievement comparisons, etc. Other than the case and artwork, it's the same game.
