Emailed and called today. Only got a response from calling, and they said that a 'glitch in the system (that we hope to have fixed by this week)' is accidentally charging cards even if they are declined. So, I still have $0 on my gift card and my card has also still been charged.

The rep said that they will replace the balance on my card, and the charge should go away in a few days.

No confirmation, nothing at all.

Seems like they randomly restocked DJ Hero; just ordered it for $80.96 shipped. If I end up not liking it, the re-sell value on eBay is still $90+.

One of my orders came today, complete but in a regular DVD case. The cover art has been printed (I believe), as I've never seen the Playstation 2 logo smearing before on an original cover art...

Not bad I guess.

My order finally came yesterday. They sent it out on the 16th and I did not receive it until the 24th. I believe the item that I ordered (uncharted 2) was actually a new copy since it was sealed and they did not have a used copy so I received a new copy! Decent deal although they are strange with their shipping.
