Hopefully I'll get the PH version, but if I don't, I'll be as cordial as possible when talking to a CS rep and I'll point out that I selected "Used - Xbox 360 [Platinum Hits]" on the product page even though my order page doesn't mention the Platinum Hits part (the image is clearly the PH version, however).

I just received my orders. Vanquish and Left 4 Dead looked like they had been resurfaced, but they installed to my HD and play fine. The Halo Reach controller was in mint condition, and it even came with a code for an the avatar item.

Thanks for not sending me defective items Hastings!
 
I want a MK price drop now!
The used price (before coupon) is worse than Gamestops.
And I can get a new copy for the used price after coupon. The funny thing is, Gohastings said they don't raise prices for sales. I'm sure they have a decent stock of MK. At least a stock that doesn't warrant that craptastic price.

If it said Platinum Hits you should be fine, but never go by the image those tend to be inaccurate sometimes.

As far as the wrong book goes, it wasn't a blatant mistake....but still a mistake. Got Walking Dead Vol 2 paperback instead of Walking Dead Book 2 hardcover...which if you follow the comics, doesn't cover the same material.

How long on average after a new release comes out do they have used versions available for sale? I'm hoping to get Capt. America 40% off before the codes expire.

Code for code? I ordered Smackdown vs Raw 2011 and the online access code was already redeemed. If anyone has an unused online code for that game, I could trade them my extra Hastings code. I had sent Hastings two emails in case one didn't come through, so I have an extra. Can I do that here? PM me.

And last time you said their stock doesn't warrant the price, someone kindly pointed out that MK went out of stock during the first day of the sale. Clearly they don't have a lot.

OT:
Anyway, I'm still waiting for Heavy Rain to come back into stock, and if it does, I will order that and the GOW collection. If not, I will give my (2) codes away the day before the sales ends.
 
Received 3 games today...Bulletstorm, Tron and Sonic Ultimate Collection on PS3. Bulletstorm and Tron are complete and look like new. Sonic is complete and in excellent condition. Very happy so far! 7 more games to go!

Absolutely yes on Saboteur. Mafia 2 didn't impress me, but I still played it from start to finish, so $9 isn't bad. I couldn't get into the first Godfather game, so I never even tried the sequel.
 
I got my games today. Dead Rising 2 previously viewed was complete with case and manual, but a little scratched up. Dragon Age 2 used was complete with case, manual and unused DLC code! Very pleased with $30 total shipped.
 
Received my red dead redemption and Dual Shock 3 today. Both are in excellent conditin. The game is complete with the map and the DS3 looks hardly used. I'm pretty happy with this shipment
 
finally got a hold of batman:aa goty for $16 shipped :D....hopefully thats what they send me...so far they've never dissapointed

received FF 13 and vanquish today for PS3 discs are looking spanking new. Now I'm awaiting on Bulletstorm and Ass Brotherhood to arrive
 
This is by FAR the best deal I've seen them put out yet...I was really getting pumped and then I saw, "Shipping", then I saw "Tax" but in the end, to see those prices drop (w/ the 40%) I finally felt vindicated by a purchase from gohastings.com.

On a side note, EVERY game I received from them (Pre-owned) has always been Complete and in "Very Good" condition. I think there is a limit of 50 items per cart and I bought probably 20 or so games. If you were to compare it to (and/or if it was ever offered, which is doubtful) for an Amazon "Prime Membership" (with Free Shipping/No Tax - in most States)I did the math and when you add it up (with shipping/tax), I saved between 20%-25% Total; I crossed the prices with Amazon and most were about the same for the games I bought.

Very pleased with my haul and recommend getting the Voucher Code if you haven't already...
 
Just wondering on something if anyone could help me... this is my first order from Gohastings so Im a bit confused.

My order has a total of $59.70 that is pending on my bank account. However, one of my items in
the order, Majin and The Forsaken Kingdom for Xbox 360 was cancelled, yet the
charge for $4.80 is still being charged. Does anyone know if they reimburse that amount at a later date or should I contact them about it. Seems weird.

Also, I do still have one item that needs to ship from the order, would that make a difference? Thanks in advance!

My guess is they'd refund the difference (maybe already did but takes a few days to be processed), if not, give them a call.

Thanks! Ill wait and see... Im actually trying to place another order with another code I came across but it says the code is valid but it is not discounting anything :s wtf?! I even went as far as the final checkout screen...
 
Damn i have not received any games and they were shipped on tuesday. i tried to track my order with the order number but all i get is that all items have been shipped but no where does it say where its at...
 
Received most of my order today. A majority of the items didn't even have their own tracking numbers but came with the ones that did.

The 250gb slim hard drive I ordered works perfectly, but appears to be a knock-off. Not sure how I feel about that.
 
I want to place an order, but 1 of the used games in my order isn't showing the discount. Considering placing it, then trying to get a refund of the difference through customer service, since it is pretty rare to find everything that I want in stock. Any suggestions?

Edit: I placed the order. Hopefully customer service is receptive when I contact them.

i just received 2 games out of the 11 i ordered :) they were shipped seperately in bubble mailers and i am very happy with the two games! the games were:
Donkey Kong Returns on the Wii (previously viewed) got it for like 19$, game was complete with art, manual and a nintendo club code, haven't tried it yet if it works, 2nd game was
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12 for PS3, and boy, was I Happy! This game was practically brand new! No scratches or anything and to top it off, the code for PSN was not yet scratched! This was a great first experience and definitely not the last at GoHastings for me :) Will definitely buy again.

P.S. it's just really amazing that USPS Priority Mail is always faster than UPS Ground. The two games i got today were shipped through USPS and the ones I'm waiting for will arrive next thursday via UPS. BOO!
 
Ended up getting Dead Rising 2, Aragorns Quest, and Saints Row 2 for about $33 including tax and shipping. The games I really wanted were out of stock for the past few days so I just decided on these. I'm not expecting good condition or for them to even be here any time soon.

Priority Mail is usually more expensive (especially if it's not the Flat Rate boxes), so it better be faster.
 
I'm considering getting Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit for PS3. I've been wanting it since I got a PS3 and this seems to be the best used price. Anyone know of a better deal I might be missing?
 
I received my order today. And 3 items were in the same package much to my surprise since everything I have ever ordered from gohastings has been shipped seperately. Anyway, I am very happy with my purchase, all the games came complete with manuels and Professor Layton and the Diabiocal box looks like the shrink wrap was just taken off, everything looks new and even has an unused Club Nintendo code. But the biggest surprise was the dsi xl I ordered. It does not have a scratch on it. It didn't come with the box or manuels but everything else. The only thing is that it is bronze and I ordered the burgundy color.
 
I received most of my order today. All games came complete, in fact looks like most of the games were just unwrapped and traded in. The exception was Dragon Age II Signature edition. It came w/out the online code for the underground shop... traded it in to bestbuy (disc only) and kept the rest for a $4 loss. Will order another one and see if I get lucky next time!

they do come back in stock but people get sent emails about the games they want and quickly snap them up

Demon's Souls was back in stock earlier but OOS within 30 minutes.
