Goozex - Free 200pts & 2 Trade Tokens GiftCard w/Gamefly Trial (after 72 hours)

so, wait. i used the link in here but i didn't notice any different trials other than the one i picked. did anyone else do this? did you get the goozex points?

You're not going to get any hint that Gamefly recognizes the Goozex referral until you get those points in your e-mail in a few days. Sign up via the OP link (or if it's still being advertised on the CAG homepage) and follow the instructions. If in the worst case senario you don't get your points in a week, cancel your gamefly trial.
 
goozex customer support emailed me back, after i sent a complaint about not getting my points. they said they'd have to verify my gamefly account or something. hopefully that happens before it's time to cancel.
 
I emailed goozex as well and got a copy/paste response with the rules......has anyone gotten their points?
 
well my lastest email on to them on the promotion was they wanted to know where I got to the advertisement.

It seemed that the launch page was clear in english, but the form should have suggested that you type in your Goozex username or something to pair them up.

In no way did it seem like they wanted you to sign up with your Goozex info.

Anyways both Goozex and Gamefly is looking into it.
 
I signed up last night and got my Goozex email this morning. I used two different emails, but it didn't matter. Goozex sent it as a gift card code to my Gamefly email and I was able to redeem it without any issues.

I contacted them several times and got the same response. I never got my points and never got a clear answer.
 
I think they are just SLOW.

I haven't gotten anything since my last update about 3 days ago, but it's early still this week.

wasted a gamefly trial to get this and didn't get it...

if I have this promo do I just request it and wait for it in the mail?

IF you get the 200 points and 2 trade tokens then you can order a game, or two cheap games. if gamefly did not send you the points then you will have to trade a game to get a game. the points from gamefly should have come to your email address you signed up with, though alot are reporting that they didnt get the codes
 
I signed up, last time I tried to sign up they canceled my account saying I already had one. I really hope I didn't mess up my sign up again and use the same card I did last time.

FINALLY.

Goozex finally credited me just a day ago.

I would say, contact both in the same email and make sure you submit your goozex email and username if you signed up with another.

I took a suggestion from the Goozex forum and changed my Goozex email to match the one I was using the sign up with. After I get the GC I'll change it back to my regular. We'll see how that works out.

EDIT: That did the trick. I received the code in less than 24 hours. And Bioshock 2 and Heavy Rain are on the way from Gamefly.

Also, thanks for informing me of this offer, OP. Renting games isn't for me, but I still got a lot out of this trial.

- Darksiders (rented from GameFly and 1000'd)
- Lost Odyssey (had a set of really scratched LO discs from a contest several months ago; now I was able to install the discs from GameFly and finally play LO)
- King Kong (got from Goozex; I was legitimately interested in playing the game and seeing what it's like, I swear)
- Prey (got from Goozex)

Great deal and it's basically free. Thanks again!
