Street Fighter IV!!!

But seriously next year has a bunch of games I'll be looking forward to. It's hard to pick. Smash Bros, MGS4, DMC4, Resident Evil 5, KOFXII. If a new Shin Megami Tensei or Suikoden game makes it out or at least gets annouced next year I'll be 100% satisfied.
 
Fallout 3.

I wish that Bethesda would change some of the decisions they have made but overall I still think the game will be pretty good.

Smash Bros. will be a close second.
 
Duuuude....if a lot of the games that are supposed to come out next year actually do, and actually deliver, we're looking at a year for the 360 that's very similar to 2007.

For me, it will probably be Metal Gear Solid 4, Ninja Gaiden 2, or Tekken 6. DMC 4 looks sweet, but I prefer Ninja Gaiden to DMC. God of War was OK, haven't played God of War 2. Or perhaps it's some game that hasn't been revealed yet.

Tekken 6 for 360 would be sweet, but I'd want cross platform online play, and that won't happen. I'd probably have to buy both because I like Xbox Live on 360, and I like using my custom stick on PS3 and having a quiet system.

I feel ya on the stick part. Cant do Marduk/King throws with a game pad too effeciently. Somewhere I got pretty damn good on the PS controller however. (shrug)

100% AGREE!! This thread should be what games in 08 will you buy on release for FULL price! I mean really how do you know for sure some of these games will even be released. Especially the ones on the ps3. Release dates are constantly being pushed back nowadays.

Now my choice would be pac-man hd

Ditto on everything but Tekken 6. If FFXIII comes out in 2008, then replace Tekken with that for me.

Yeah, it'd be nice though since we've been seeing trailers for FFXIII for soooo long now. And it looks awesome. White Knight Story would replace Tekken 6 too if it comes out in 08.

It'll be nice though, because 2008 should finally be the year the PS3 starts to get more than a few good games. I like my Jap crap and that's finally what I'll be getting next year.
 
I'd like some more games for my PS3 and 360. I want some 360 games that aren't FPS's. 2007 was a good year for them, but I want some variety. And some more "Jap crap" would be nice. :)
