I've come to the conclusion that Eye of the Tiger is the greatest song of all time. When I listen to it, it makes me want to run around the block seven times then get into a fist fight with a walrus. It's simply greatness!

[quote name='MorbidAngel4Life']ACTUALLY, I think YOU mean "Jungle Love" by MORRIS Day and the Time.[/quote]

Lmao at myself. Thanks dude, I don't know WHAT I was thinking.

[quote name='Mr. Anderson']Uh, I think you mean "Jungle Love" by Morris Day and The Time. Faghorse.[/quote]

Whats with your sudden obsession with Kevin Smith films.... you have a little Smith thrown into all your posts now....

You guys are all wrong. The "Happy Happy Joy Joy" song from Ren & Stimpy is the greatest song ever written!

Eye of the Tiger comes in third place. The Cuckaracha song is in second place.

When I saw Chasing Amy, it blew my mind. The New Jersey Trilogy is the best trilogy since the original Star Wars. Kevin Smith deserves my praise.

If by "Greatest" you mean "Un-fucking-bearable" then, yeah, I can agree with that.

Reality's Fringe]DreadLock Holiday by 10cc is the best song.......well said:
Without a doubt the best driving song of all time is Radar Love by Golden Earring.

I'll second this

[quote name='Vampire Hunter D']Rob Zombie's "Dragula" is the greatest song.[/quote]

Somehow that comment and quoting Tom Green in your signature just seem to go together.

Exactly HOW many games is Dragula in? I know its in most of the Twisted Metal games, as is Mr. Zombie. Im a fan ofRob/White Zombie, but that song just blows. Hes done so much better with other songs.

and the best song thats ever een invented was the Song That Never Ends!

Steve Miller Band's "Stuck In The Middle With You" deserves to be on this list, with honorable meniton Reel Big Fish's ska version of "Video Killed the Radio Star"

The Presidents of the United States' version of Video Killed the Radio Star is probably the best cover. Ben Folds' cover is also pretty decent.

And Dragula (sadly) is also in one of the greatest games, and greatest game soundtracks ever... JET SET RADIOOOOOOOO *slam!*

Um, songs are written, not invented. You'll note that even the singers who write their own material are not referred to as "inventors".

Are you sure it's not "Stuck in the middle with you by Bob dylan?

Quite sure. You may be thinking of "Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again" by Bob Dylan.

And let's give Wu Tang's "Triumph" some love here.

I agree with MordidAngel4Life. Rob Zombie's work with White Zombie is waaaaay better than his solo stuff.

I stand corrected. I really don't know why I said Bob Dylan there. The thing is; I -KNOW- it's by Stealer's Wheel. Maybe it's just because Dylan is so cool. 8)

My memory is hazy but wasn't "Eye of the Tiger" the song where Rocky beats up Mr. T?

(Reality's Fringe--- I'm just messing with your head. Thats all :) )

Especially La Sexcorsisto(SP?). Great cd from front to back. and 3 of the greatest songs ever made are Rage Against the Machine-Bombtrack, Bad Ronald- Shot the Shit, and Rehab- It Don't Matter.

This is the greatest and best song in the world's... Tribute.

Long time ago me and my brother Kyle here,
we was hitchhikin' down a long and lonesome road.
All of a sudden, there shined a shiny demon... in the middle... of the road.
And he said:

[sung]
"Play the best song in the world, or I'll eat your souls."

[spoken]
Well me and Kyle, we looked at each other,
and we each said... "Okay."

[sung]
And we played the first thing that came to our heads,
Just so happened to be,
The Best Song in the World, it was The Best Song in the World.

Look into my eyes and it's easy to see
One and one make two, two and one make three,
It was destiny.
Once every hundred-thousand years or so,
When the sun doth shine and the moon doth glow
And the grass doth grow...

[spoken]
Needless to say, the beast was stunned.
'Whip-crack' went his whippy tail,
And the beast was done.
He asked us: "(snort) Be you angels?"
And we said, "Nay. We are but men."
Rock!

[sung]
Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh-ah-ah,
Ohhh, whoah, ah-whoah-oh!

This is not The Greatest Song in the World, no.
This is just a tribute.
Couldn't remember The Greatest Song in the World, no, no.
This is a tribute, oh, to The Greatest Song in the World,
All right! It was The Greatest Song in the World,
All right! It was the best muthashaq-fuing song the greatest song in the world.

[2-part skat]
Part 1: Be, too, guh, gum, be, goo, gee, goo, goo. Fli, goo, gih, goo
Part 2: Oh Oh
Part 1: guh, fli, goo, guh, goo, ba, be, uh, guh, goo, be, uh, goo,

Part 1:guh, be, goo, guh, be, fli, goo, gee, goo, uh, fli, goh
Part 2:Oh Oh Oh Oh
Part 1:eek:o, ma, ma, ma, mi, suh, fay

[spoken]
And the peculiar thing is this my friends:
the song we sang on that fateful night, it didn't actually sound
anything like this song.

[sung]
This is just a tribute! You gotta believe me!
And I wish you were there! Just a matter of opinion.
Ah, fuck! Good God, God love ya,
It's no surprise to find you can't stop it.

[skat]
