Who the heck has their cake and just DOESN'T eat it?Whoa, man.
Talk about having your cake and eating it, too.
Let's not be too greedy, m'kay?

in case you forgot, yellow + comic sans is sarcasm fontNot always true.
Sometimes, GamersGate has games priced-up over the usual MSRP.
I usually go for at least 75% off the lowest current MSRP.
Well it was really a failed weasel-word attempt that wound up proving what I said: 75% off is far more important than $$$ amount.in case you forgot, yellow + comic sans is sarcasm font

Cool. I was wondering when new games were going to be added. I'm personally waiting for the Nvidia WatchDogs promo.I was right according to this rumour:

Glad I saved my free alienware arena code
Actually I should have one other unused code from elsewhere.
Assuming older codes can be used and this is in fact real.

I'll buy Rust off of you for $5 if it helps make some of your money back.I'll wait on Thief, not even sure I want it and I need to use up my Steam wallet funds on something. Buying $60 worth of Steam wallet for $45 turned out to be a mistake, I never shop there.

Have you logged in to GMG? You need to do that daily or they won't transfer because u aren't "active".It looks like the fix is back on again. Those evil bastards haven't transferred my credits in 3 days, despite tracking all of them. Dump all cargo into the sea and abandon ship!
Of course I have, I'm a professional high seas pirate.Have you logged in to GMG? You need to do that daily or they won't transfer because u aren't "active".
£26.00 in March + April by playing. So i'd say It's OK.So, what exactly is the Playfire Rewards system? Does it work? It it worth linking my Steam account to it?

You link your Steam account to Playfire and then they announce rewards for specific game achievements or playing a game for the first time. That's it. They like to put out a bunch of rewards for brand new games, but they'll also give random rewards for older stuff frequently as well. So, what exactly is the Playfire Rewards system? Does it work? It it worth linking my Steam account to it?
Finally! This is a game that eluded a good discount for years!Wow, I used to be able to rely on GMG to still put the Killing Floor DLC on sale at 75% off, but they are now doing the same weak 50% off that Steam does.
At least Call of Cthulhu is 75% off. Finally picking that one up.
I think that's the best deal I've ever bought from GMG, Steam version has never been 75% off.Wow, I used to be able to rely on GMG to still put the Killing Floor DLC on sale at 75% off, but they are now doing the same weak 50% off that Steam does.

Thanks, I might buy it nowHi, just wanted to let everyone know that I was just able to pre-order Dark Souls 2 with 20% off using O3H7FE-D4NFO0-F0LIGK at GMG. Not sure if this is old news, and I'm sorry for posting if it is. I missed this deal last time around, and I have been looking for a discount since. Praise the Sun!
Nothing for me today except maybe F1 2013, which probably still falls into the "too rich for my CAG blood, even with credit" category. Any particular reason I should be interested in CoC, aside from it not having hit this price point before?New deals are up...including the old Bethesda stuff, cool.
I really enjoyed Rage, the problem is that it just ends about halfway through the "full" game, if that makes sense. It's like they ran out of funding/time, and just threw a 10 second cutscene in and called it a day.Haven't completely decided between Doom and Rage, but Rage isn't supposed to be very good about the gunplay aspect of the game, from what I understand.
After many, many years of haunting my wishlist (drumroll, please.. ) I've finally bought Hunted at a reasonable discount! $2.81 after voucher and a buck credit or so. I realize it's not amazing, but it feels sooo good to get it off that wishlist.Thoughts on Call of Cthulu and Hunted? I'm also eyeing Doom BFG and Rage, acutally.
If you haven't already, get the Scorchers DLC the next time it's at a good price point. It's formerly cut content that helps with the game's lack of a proper ending.I really enjoyed Rage, the problem is that it just ends about halfway through the "full" game, if that makes sense. lol...I was trying to remember which CAG had been pining for Hunted for years now... Take that, Steam! And Amazon! And everyone else who couldn't put that old-ass Bethesda game on sale!
Ahem...
So, obviously I can't vouch for Hunted, but I can for DOOM BFG (provided you don't have DOOM 3 and the DOOM II games that come with the BFG package). DOOM 3 is a very loong game with great gameplay. Many bemoan the differences between it and the original games, but it's still a quality id shooter. Don't expect a great story -- that's not id's thing -- just lots of killin'. If you like moody games, then you will like DOOM 3. I'm not a big fan of "scary" games, and DOOM 3 was very intense in mood at times, in the way in which you get that sense of dread entering a darkened bloody room that you just know is going to be bad news. I had fun.
Rage -- it's great for fans of id shooters. It's not amazing and it's a huge letdown from the way they built it up, but it handles the shooting part pretty well. Highly recommended: buy the DLC
He should have told me. I would have gladly mailed him my copy.. [customspoiler=?]for 360. [/customspoiler]lol...I was trying to remember which CAG had been pining for Hunted for years now... It was you!
Yes, now I can stfu about it anytime an Amazon rep asks for feedback!lol...I was trying to remember which CAG had been pining for Hunted for years now... It was you!
I can get behind that. Definitely a better game to get a deal on than Hunted.Yes, now I can stfu about it anytime an Amazon rep asks for feedback!
Actually, I can feel that energy transferring to a vigilant hunt for a LEGO Indy deal even as I write this...
