We should get in there and bitchify and gender-bender all of them.

Edit: Actually I just realized that would mean being there and reading the stupidity they post so nvm.

It's rather light on everything. And Cyanic made it sound like on Reddit they were still in talks for that mystery game. It's basically going to be any crap they can shoehorn in.

Darn SWEET! I was distracted by watching the F1 Qualifying and forgot to check Groupees at bundle launch.

What a teeny tiny bundle this is. I already have Leona's TA, which is a fun puzzler. I don't like RPGMaker games and VN's. Mystery game might as well not exist. Pass.

Yeah, /r/gamedeals needs to change their policy so that these dumbass Mystery Games stop existing. Seriously, for one crap bundle, Groupees gets 3 shots at a new post. One at preorder announcement, one at release, one when the mystery game gets added.

It's a shame. If only they were as good at their jobs as they are at self-promotion, we might actually have stuff worth buying from them.

Dreamscape had great cards with actual buy orders. Got a foil as well so I made just over 2 bucks selling the cards for that game. All is forgiven, Groupees!

Yeah those write us and ask for keys games tend to have better card prices than the ones that just give them to everyone. I guess a bunch of people just can't be arsed to take the two minutes to write in.

Anyway better grab those buy orders because I'm sure this bundle will have those card prices in the toilet soon enough.

Did everyone get the Dreamscape keys now? I heard some people complaining when it launched that they didn't get a Steam key.

New bundle pre-order - you're going to love the games in this one:

SURPRISE!  NO GAMEZ!

BEEP BOOP MUZAK

You will, however, help a dog who services people!

The Beep Boop Poop bundle is live. It's a bunch of stuff nobody's ever heard of, and the first bonus is some guy live-streaming his FL Studio performance on the page so we can all have a chuckle.

I like how the #2 contributor reward is a physical copy of one of the albums that's playable on a Sega CD and 1-on-1 tutorial on how to make chiptunes, but the #1 reward is two random "unreleased" songs that will probably be bundled later. Who the hell cares about the two unreleased songs when you can get a physical reward and a tutorial?

Dang I Gilbyed the pre-order....I don't want to spend $3 on this. It doesn't help the $3 tier has the more listenable chiptune music.

Eh I liked the way the samples sounded more...hell I guess I'll pay $3 to never listen to any of it unless someone wants to gift me a copy and I will pay $1.50 or so through Paypal. Likely will just have to pay.

Somewhere in Mexico foxhack is pan handling at a donkey show in his grey fox costume to try to get the money to buy this one.
Actually, I can't stand most chiptune albums. They all sound very samey after a while. Lots of these albums use, reuse, and abuse the same samples over and over.

I wonder if I farted into a mic repeatedly, would y'all buy my poopies poopie bundle?
Need to run this by jonny.
maybe for Tax year bundle 2?? (the first one included a Yodeling album, Jonny's "soothing sounds", Gabe Newell simulator, Red Lake, and a few copies of Bad Rats)

Groupees adding egg whites to bundles now? They must be really desperate. ;)

Speaking of desperation... instead of offering $1 pre-orders on $2+ bundles with 5-6 games, Groupees will now feature $1 "mini bundles" to spread out the content.

In other words, we've reached the point at which Groupees can't even find enough Greenlight or DRM-free garbage to fill their bundles.

I'll host for BIAB5 Dollar Days, I moran'd it as usual.

Send me a PM if you want one!

I would love if groupees went back to the whole will they won't they format of old.

Is the the pre-order worth it?

Will they fuck me over the table with a dollar days after the fact anyway?!

How is this going to affect my stock options?!?

I love the suspense

This is the blog post I was talking about.

"Finally, we have chosen to do away with the Dollar Day concept, and so the Preorder idea is, in part, a different way to offer our bundles at an even better price, for those interested in the concept. Based on our data, the Dollar Days concept was not used in the way intended, and that is the reason we are discontinuing it. We like Preorder much better and are excited, too, for our Trading Coin concept, which we’ll be rolling out more fully in the coming weeks."

I prefer dollar days honestly. Only problem is it requires a sacrificial lamb to get the bundle at first. I just haven't felt like pre-ordering as much with the price going up most of the time for pre-orders. Also I've come to the realization that I don't need Greenlight bundles as most of that stuff is poop or average, and they rebundle games all the time. The other bundles are usually too gimmicky for me to care much. I am still a little sad I didn't pre-order the Chiptunes and Charity one.

The problem is preorders and dollar days conflict too much. You think you're getting the best price with a preorder, but then comes dollar days and you get screwed. That, and you won't know how consistent dollar days will be. With Indie Gala's happy hour, you pretty much know what bundles they'll do it for so you can easily prepare for it most of the time.

With Groupees, it's hard to predict if they'll keep doing dollar days, or which bundles they'll do it on (unless they make an announcement that there won't be dollar days for specific bundles). It's too much hassle, every other bundle site has a higher level of consistency and Groupees is making me appreciate those other sites more with this decision.
