Had to stop in Walmart earlier today (no, I wasn't looking for clearance headsets or jewel case pc games) and this bean bag caught my eye.

Could one of you cyber stalkers and/or super sleuths forward me Jonny Cappuccino's address? I would like to send this gift to him as a peace offering from all of us.

Ask Tomasety. I'm sure he has his address. And his blood type. And his favorite flavor of ice cream. And what part of the body he likes to rub Ben Gay on the most.

Moar Groupees drama

Apparently Remute offered some indie dev 3% bundle profits and "greenlight exposure" for 7k keys of an alpha game. Dev thought it was a shady offer, questioned Remute about where the other profits went, and eventually Remute flipped out and threatened legal action.

"and if i notice you're bitching again about me or groupees in a public place, i'll forward this to the groupees CEO, who's also a lawyer by the way. HAVE I MADE MYSELF CLEAR?!"

Remute claims that the dev called him/Groupees scammers or some shit which is supposedly why he flipped out.

Part of me wants Groupees to stay in business, where else am I going to get my bundle drama from?!

Sounds like Groupee's is becoming the "Amy's Baking Company" of bundle sites

Not funny. Really. I was having fun too, but this is no different from theft. Groupees is selling bundles and either not paying the devs or paying them late, or paying less than the agreed upon amount. I know this looks funny and all, but Groupees are con-men and the site needs to get shut down.

So the Remute bundle only has three Steam games in it. I definitely thought there was going to be more then that when I preordered.
It was obvious there weren't going to be many Steam games in it when Remute said there'd be "8 steam/greenlight titles" but didn't specify how many of them were steam. I bought this expecting that, but I was hoping some of the games would look remotely interesting to me. Unfortunately I don't care for any of them. Evo Explores looks ok, but it's $1.99 MSRP on steam.. the greenlight shit looks too trashy for my taste.

y is Syntax Error's music in dis bundle?

"The man behind Feinwerk, Snork Enterprises and Relax 2000, is Syntax Error, who is also known as Christian Schachta. He first established himself in the club scene of western Germany during the end of the nineties. Influenced originally by Psychedelic Trance and Drum ‘n’ Bass, a visit to the legendary Tresor club in Berlin switched his brain on to the abstract sound."

Someone please send me to my spanking cage for buying this shitty bundle.

And one of which is Rocksmith for recorders. If it doesn't teach you how to play the brown note, then I'm not sure what its purpose of existence is outside of middle school music class.

I'm a game count hoarder, but Groupees are the one bundle site offering games that I just can't be bothered to click the "Purchase" button on. Even if the games were free. I remember a couple of years back they offered games that were laughably bad and worth a buck for the chuckles, but lately they've just been bad.

I think the flute game looks fine...for my grade-school age son.  The Greenlight stuff is odd, which is to be expected from Remute's bundles.

That must be my cousin. If it was me, it'd be talking about how I established myself at the local Marriott lounge with my Dad Music influences of Billy Joel and Fleetwood Mac.

I love Groupees' logic. Make Aviators the background pic for BAGB46.. and make it a bonus game. Bundle is live and the game isn't unlocked yet, lol.

I feel like Greenlight exists at this point so Poopees can con devs into being into their bundles for "exposure" at 3% and then not even pay them that and then the devs refuse to give keys because Poopees didn't pay them.

It's like buying a ticket to some shitty drama.

I used to be a Greenlight advocate and voted all the time, but now it's so much poop, and it's just better to get those games when they get re bundled when they actually have Steam keys. People will vote up these likely terrible games too cause well they bought into it anyway! The good stuff on Greenlight still gets through, though I will vote on Japanese visual novels if needed, though they rarely need my help.

To be fair, it being a bonus is actually better for anyone buying non-preorder, assuming it unlocks, as you'll get it with any purchase.

And I think this one's decent, at least as far as Groupees Greenlight bundles go. Better than the last one, certainly. Still probably not worth it at the non-preorder price, though, and borderline for us morans.

You've gotta be a special kind of moran to buy a BAGB at full price..

After all the straight up illegal things the Groupees owners have done, I'm done buying anything from them. From now on, I'm boycotting them. The decision isn't even hard since ALL of their bundles now are complete shit.

that post was so lame and not even going to get off my ass and go fetch the actual image.
Yes. We all know that a non-game bundle has no draw for you, Motoki. Which would lead to the conclusion that there is no such thing as a decent Groupees bundle for you these days. It seems the best you can hope for is not-all-that-bad, though I wouldn't hold your breath waiting.

Although your implication is that I'm somehow unique in that while in reality even the people around here who buy these bundles for games know they suck.

Oh and it's not really a non-game bundle seeing as it is supposed to have 6 games, at least half if which will probably be greenlight itch trash but still.

Oh, I don't think you're unique. I know many around here have no interest in the non-game stuff.

Aw. Then it's probably not going to be decent then, is it?

It is curious though why with a bundle that's to have 6 games, 3 albums and 1 comic they chose to highlight the comic of all things.

Someone in the AOL 90s chat suggested it might come with Radical Roach. If this was any other bundle site I would say they wouldn't dare rebundle that trash again especially for a blind buy but this is Poopees so they probably will.

Curious? Really? I'd say it's kind of obvious.
