He's just a guy that originated on reddit (posts about Groupees and other bundle related stuff). He recently started curating his own itch.io bundles on Groupees. I don't know if he has a direct connection to Groupees or if he has inside info about the bundle though.

 
Ahhh... The itch.io bundles, makes sense why the name kinda sounded familiar, but not enough for me to actually recognize it.

Still, he probably shouldn't be acting like he knows what he's talking about/acting like a rep for the company when he is wrong if Radical Roach is actually in the bundle.

Feels like someone trying to purposely mislead people into making a purchase.

Cyanic is another Reddit asshole who acted like an authority on Poopees so much that Poopees just decided to make it official.

I think if you act like you're a Poopees employee long enough they eventually make you their lowliest peeon or curate their worst bundles or scrub the toilets or something.

Jonny is very good at delegating and if people already act like they are working for Poopees for no money then they've basically done the delegation for him.

If there's any plus I guess it's that they didn't do Radical Roach. But that's about it.

Sorry, but I will have to disappoint you again, Motoki. Of course I like the non-game stuff from this bundle, though not even close to wanting to pick it up at either the current price or the moran price. I also look forward to getting the puzzle game and the RPG Maker game in future IG bundles.

If anything, all this does is potentially fuck up tremor prices. They overprice Groupees shit, so if they bought this bundle they may add these games and never lower the prices once HH for the IG bundle comes around. Damnit Poopees

Groupees has a preorder up for a bundle of indie comics.

It's not a game bundle, so the quality might actually be decent, though the value will be nil to many around here.

I wonder if it will include the same comic that's in the Radical Bundle.  That one seems to be trying to make a big push as its just starting out.

CAG uses that banned notation for temporary bans. I'm not sure if they use it for permabans too or if they just remove the user entirely.

In other news, Groupees is Groupees. While the new comics bundle does look solidly interesting, one of the fifteen comics is actually the first issue of Make Mine Indie magazine, which is available free at that link. And on their facebook page. And elsewhere, which makes sense as it's described there as "a FREE quarterly indie comics digital catalog & magazine."

Obviously the blame here is on Make Mine Indie/Alterna Comics, as they seem to be trying to spread this all over as a general advertising blitz, and, well, Groupees can't check every game comic.

Oh, and there's a new preorder up. The 8Floor Bundle should be great if you skipped the recent 8Floor Indiegala bundle. As a bonus, you get to pay more than what IG happy hour bundles cost, though to be fair IG buyers didn't have the benefit of getting to buy without knowing what's in the bundle.

Now, now. It has a chance to have as many or maybe even one more game if the bonus unlocks. I'd guess that it might even include one or two games that weren't in that IG bundle. Put that way, can you really afford not to pre-order?

 
You know some of it will be itch crap that you have to hope poopees pays the devs for and they actually give keys later. And meanwhile it ends up in an Indie Gala a week after release with hassle free Steam keys.

Does 8Floor have anything on itch? Also, having a single-developer bundle should save Groupees plenty of effort in that they only have to forget to pay the one.

I just feel like they have been inserting a lot of itch and greenlight shit in non greenlight bundles lately but admittedly I had no fucking clue if 8th floor was a game, a place, a person or a publisher and I'm to lazy to look that shit up for some games I won't play in a bundle I won't buy.

Techwars Online has unlocked for the Miller bundle. I assume this was the mystery game? It's a Be Mine repeat so most of us own it

Or in Gilby talk, this is a great unlock because it's a repeat from a higher quality bundle!

Can we add Gilby mode to cag, so that every time a new bundle drops the OP will auto update on why its not really a crappy bundle.

We should be able to add Gilbyisms to the engine so it could procedurally generate glowing reviews.

has a nice mix of promising greenlights and established indie games (translation:  garbage and repeats)

is producing much better bundles than a year ago (translation: this crap doesnt smell as bad as the previous crap)

The music looks good in , the games are just a bonus (translation:  Lets be honest im going to gilby this)

feel free to add your own to the engine

Honestly, at this point, gilby should just become Poopees PR rep. It's not like anyone else on the team is doing a better job.
