My Kiss 2 Groupee ended up having a desura key for Pester but my Build a Doujin bundle still does not. When I emailed them asking about the Build a Doujin key, they just gave me a generic response about their server issues. Oh well.
No Pester key in my K2 bundle. And yeah, definitely still having server issues as most of my PC downloads either give me an error or are just plain missing. Though from their last response to me, I expect it will be an issue for some time.

Anyone else still waiting for Desura keys for Pester from the Doujin bundle? Nothing for me yet.
I would try their support chat. I had Navel Warfare missing from my account even after it should have been added, but it took all of 2 seconds chatting with support for them to add it. Should be easier/faster than emailing them, which I've heard rarely gets anywhere.

I wonder what's been on Squirrel's mind lately. :whistle2:k

Next bundle will be the 1C Mega Bundle.. Starts in 12 hours and 45 minutes. Is there anything good left published by 1C that hasn't been bundled?

If it's anything like the Meridiam4 Mega Bundle it will be almost entirely repeats (I think that's the idea anyway).

There were a few games that weren't repeats in the Meridian4 Mega Bundle, which is why I was asking if there was anything good left that hasn't been bundled ;).

There'll probably be a few games in this bundle that haven't been bundled yet, but the only one I can think of that I'd want is A Farewell to Dragons.

EDIT: Quotes from ShiftySlug:

"25 games to pick from and a bunch of bonus games"

"$1 Minimum"

"well some games never been a bundle i can already tell you"

How much enjoyment you derive from A Farewell to Dragons will depend largely on your tolerance for quirky Russian RPGs. The intro dumps you into this odd steampunk world with little explanation of much of anything (including combat and levelling mechanics and skill sets) and you face large numbers of fairly powerful enemies from the start. I think I got about eight hours into it before I decided I was working more than I was having fun. There's probably a pretty interesting story under all of those half-finished gameplay concepts but it wasn't worth the effort to me.

I too had a pretty miserable time in the hour of Farewell to Dragons I played. You do get thrown into the world with no explanation. Even the wild animals are powerful. Within the tutorial you can easily get slaughtered by some thieves. Game looks pretty bad too and it's sort of confusing. But let's face it, hoarding isn't about what the game is like ;)

I will likely pick up missing 1C games I've missed....their stuff has been bundled so often probably have at least half of their whole collection.

Hey, did Groupees ever do a sort of "happy hour" or any sort of deal with any of the other mega bundles? I don't know if I should wait or not once this new one begins.

You have to take off your get-r-done hat just thinking about 1C and its reverse-plight. There are all those smug AAA companies creating great games and boasting about 'em and shit.

All you need is a single average-one to make bank, doofuses.

thanks for the heads up on the pester keys, activated one and have a spare :)

this whole 1c thing would've been easier had they cooperated with Tony, we could've been one and done.

Hmm, I was hoping Warriors of the North would be in the bundle, but wasn't expecting it. I definitely thought Crossworlds would be in the bundle though.

The choices are pretty damn poor, I was expecting Crossworlds and Alien shooter (steam). Might still pick up the first two Starwolves games though.

Linus is waiting in the pumpkin patch for the Great Pumpkin, and I sit here patiently waiting for the Amazon 1c bundle.

It's coming, I tell ya. You'll all be sorry you doubted it.

That's way too much stuff with basically the same title.  I'm completely overwhelmed.

Curse my brain, paralyzed by indecision whenever given too many options...this is why I haven't played Skyrim.

Fixed...

(Though, I can actually relate to your second statement. :whistle2:k )

I am very disappointed in the lack of Warriors of the North in this bundle.  It is truly the only 1c game I'm looking forward to at this point, and it's absence wouldn't sting so bad if not for the fact that it was in a Groupees Bundle a long, long time ago, so I am confounded by the fact that it hasn't appeared in a bundle since.  I am, however, holding out hope that it may show up as a Bonus title at some point.

It was in the top ($5) tier along with Lucius, so it's not all that comparable to this $0.50-a-piece bundle.

Won't you feel silly if it ends up being one of the bonuses?

I e-mailed [email protected] about the missing Desura key for Pester, and they actually responded in less than 24 hours.  They added it to my account.

Anyone else still waiting should probably do the same.

Which Men of War game is the best or at least best for someone who has never played one? I'm mostly just interested in King's Bounty: The Legend and figured one of the Men of War games might be a safe bet for a second pick.

This is true, however that bundle was also three months after the release of Warriors of the North. The game has now been out for almost a year and has hit 75% off during not only the Summer Steam sale, but also last week's Weeklong deal on Steam. So I can't imagine it being really all that relevant at this point in time.

Where the IL-2 games?  Those would be fun to mess around in.  And I thought 1C had the Penumbra games as well but Frictional self publishes.  Maybe 1C publishes them outside of the US.

I'm pretty underwhelmed with this bundle.  I'm thinking of buying my missing Theater of War and Men of War games so I don't have to consider them again.

For those of you that have bought more than one copy of a build a bundle type bundle, did you buy the additional bundles under the same account, under different accounts for each copy or as a gift?

I just bought LE from the Casual BAB and I want to buy Samantha Swift separately so I can get a second copy of Farm For Your Life and give both to a friend who does not have a Groupees account.  What is the best way to accomplish this?

You can buy multiple times using the same account if you want and still get multiple copies of the bonus games. Of course, buying with separate accounts also works. But as long as you don't mind the clutter of having a bundle appear twice on your download page, there's nothing stopping you from buying twice on the same account.

Awesome! That is what I was hoping for as my friend had a hard time figuring out Steam and I really didn't want to add more confusion to the mix. Thanks!

Edited to add: I was hoping FFYL was on Greenlight but it is not. Maybe we will get Desura keys and a DRM free version. *crossing fingers that I don't have to "explain" Desura to said friend*

Depending on the bonuses may get 2 games from 1C bundle...likely Fantasy Wars (liked in the past and owned it) and possibly Planet Alcatraz (this looks so bad it may be needing a play from me) and UFO: afterlight (played original UFO and was an alright game and this is the newest from that series. For the casual bundle....not really into causal games so will likely pass unless the bonuses are plain awesome.

I can confirm that Planet Alcatraz is indeed awful so you won't be disappointed.
