Eh, now that you mention it, that's not a bad idea. Just keep in mind that Steam Trading Cards will be released to the public on the 26th, so if you thought the prices were down with the 653,000 members in the beta, just imagine what they'll be like when the 5 million users who've been active in the past 48 hours can sell them...

I was just gonna point out the very same thing about the coming end of the beta likely meaning the end of the golden age of card selling.

I'm not sure that I'd recommend buying Space Ark if the chance at cards is the sole incentive. You might have trouble breaking even on the deal.

Yeah, I have no clue how the end of the beta will impact prices. More people selling means prices are likely to drop, but more people buying means it may balance out. Of course, I get the feeling people who didn't care enough to get into the beta won't care enough to buy cards after the beta. I'm going through and getting all the drops I can with the current games just in case the prices do drop, and that way I have more games eligible for boosters. So far I have 9 games that are eligible for cards and have made $10.09, still have 8 drops left.

They're the crackers with that trickled-down plantation money -- real money -- who buy games at full price because they're saddled with jobs and :puke: careers and other soul-effacing shit that restricts their thrift. Harrowing misfortune like that is what may prevent casuals from being hip to cards.

People fucking with the card market right now include wannabe hustlers and a dismal niche of card-carrying cultists who put money on Gabe's collection plate... of food lol (anyone notice he's fat?).

There's also potential for newcomers to sign up for Steam with cards being the primary hook. Don't forget how unacceptably popular Pokemon cards and your daddy's titty cards, etc. have been in the past.

Oh lol.

No, that is Trip from an indie/freeware game called Facade, which is sort of popular now.

He randomly glitched out on me during a random playthrough of the game, was kind of creepy, his body parts were all distorted. Still not sure how I got that to happen.

You bought more than one bundle? If so, you should have received a key for each bundle.

Sometimes there is a glitch with their key delivery system. I experienced that myself a few months back. I sent a note to support asking them to look into it, and they fixed it for me with no problems. Might take them a day or two for them to get back to you though.

Wow, this is not the best of their bundles (and I think Groupees normally puts out some great bundles).  I'm thinking of picking up Freedom Fall (which looks good), just so I can get a copy of Memento Mori (which I know isn't great, but it interests me).  None of the other games in the bundle really catch my attention.

Anyone have thoughts on Chernobyl Commando?

Yeah, I platformers are perhaps my favorite genre, but watching a let's play really let me down. I love the artstyle, but everything else looked mediocre to awful.

Space Ark and Freedom Fall look awesome though (finally watched the trailers), so I think it is still worth it for me. Definitely one of their worst bundles yet though :cry:

I think one of the games will be Zafehouse Diaries, because one of the admins mentioned at least one game will come with a GOG key. I'm prepared for disappointment though, how many good zombie games are there left that haven't been bundled before? Project Zomboid would be great, but other than that I can't think of any.

Nation Red is solid.  I got probably three years ago before the bundle craze started.  It's not original but what it does it does exceptionally well.  Plus the developers supported (and still might) it for a really long time adding new features, achievements, etc.  I'm actually really surprised it hasn't been in a bundle already.

Nation Red looks decent enough, wouldn't mind if it was one of them. Hopefully we don't see too many repeats (knocking on wood), I just have a feeling Dead Pixel is going to be one of them.

I don't think a video can help you accurately perceive the fun of joining up with 3 people and miraculously surviving for an hour and beyond.

Power ups, weapon spawns, perks -- It's like a Mario Kart-esque twin-stick shooter with ZOMBIE$.
