Comic books is a place where both Humble and Groupees try different approaches but still aren't THAT successful (simply because comic books publishers have extremely high price tags for their titles)

 
The idea of poopees giving out comixology keys made me wish they gave out bandcamp keys for the muzak... mainly so I could +1 music somewhere, since I know I'm going to lose all the beepboops I bought once poopees goes down the drain because I never bother to download it.

 
And Google keys for the Android apps.

I'm sorry but I just need a centralized place for my digital shit that I'll never play/read/listen to that's not going to go DesuraBundleinaBoxShinyLoot tits up or have an OOPSEE hard drive crash.

 
Jamesbuc bundle aka Random Dude from Reddit bundle is up and predictably terrible looking. Only 3 of 9 (if you count the first bonus) promise Steam keys if Greenlit. Maybe the others aren't even on Greenlight, don't care enough to look, but then not having the promise in writing now opens up bullshit later if they get in at a later time.

Also the Build a Diarrhea Greenlight bundle is up. Again looks like shit but with more promises of Steam keys, for whatever that's worth.

I mean if you like RPGMaker trash, and paying for terrible Newgrounds Kongregate Flash games then these might be for you. Otherwise be glad if you didn't moran and shamed if you did!

I, uh, kinda wish I had moraned the itchy bundle. There's a number of those that interest me. Anyone preorder as a gift that's having second thoughts?

Meh, the greenlight bundles are pretty much the same quality games, but promise steam keys for all games if they're released on steam. The itch.io bundle only promises keys for 3 of them and costed the same price for preorders. I feel like you get less for the same price with the itch.io crap..

I'd just wait till the games get rebundled, once released on steam (which is likely to happen).

Unfortunately I've been disappointed by some Groupees bundles, which is why I'll pass on many of the preorders. Usually when I pass, it ends up being the right call. Usually.

I've also been rather unexcited by most recent Bundlestars and IG bundles, to be honest.

Yeah most of these bundles have not so amazing looking games. Usually I see 1 game I really want from a bundle and the rest are meh or terrible. Humble generally is a little better lately, but still a bit meh on them also. Groupees is just generally poop and I'm just going to get music bundles at most likely. I also dislike pre-orders for bundles.

I'd actually say that Humble has been having a bit of a resurgence lately, both with the Monthly bundles and their regular bundles. I'll still find reasons to skip some of them, but I've quite liked a lot of them. Groupees has some nice music bundles. And they most certainly have game bundles, game bundles that are, er, uh, game bundles. Yeah. That's the safe description.

 
Humble Monthly hasn't been bad. It is a premium bundle for sure though. They are offering better games and games people actually want usually though. I have been buying about every other humble bundle offering so it's been pretty good lately easily.

Well, yeah. Humble's bundles have been more expensive than others bundles, but they've had good stuff.

 
But it's still a blind order on the monthlies. Even if the stuff is better it could be better stuff I already have. at $4 or so I can live with that but at $12 then I feel the need to have to go selling shit off to make up for it and that's extra hassle.

Basically, I am going to be a Mooby Humbug and say that all bundles are sucking more lately in some way or other, but Poopees is a special level of horridness, like Dante's 7th level of hell where Brutus and Judas are chilling out with Lucifer level.

Yeah, the value of the monthlies is going to vary greatly depending on how many games one buys prior to bundling. I've had all of one dupe from the monthly bundles, and that was SanctuaryRPG in the first one. You and Spoder are on the other end of that statistic, I think.

well the last one had two dupes for me, and none of them were significantly more of value to me than an average humble or even the be mines. Now if they guaranteed RWBY Grimm Eclipse AND Assetto Corsa, it doesn't matter what the rest is... EVEN if they end up being 4 copies of bad rats :p

And Spoder is way more into the wheeling and dealing than I am so it makes more sense for him.

That being said, when I don't have the early unlock game I do tend to buy the monthlies. It just happened that the most of them have been crap I already had.

I've been deciding on the monthlies by the same criteria. Mad Max is keeping me in the game for another month.

I pick up dog shit so much though that I have my own rating system that consists of phrases like 'soft serve', 'chocolate pudding' and if they are really sick 'hot steaming cup of chai'.

Itchy crotch games are up on Tremor but at 195 coins it's not really worth it for non Steam crap. Even for the few that actually promise Steam keys they will most likely distribute them through Poopees and not itch.

I always take a flashlight with me when I take my dog out to poop at night so I can look at his poop when it's fresh.

Sounds weird, but I feel it's a good indication of general health.

It actually is and you are supposed to take notice if anything changes. I take a flashlight because I have to pick it up. I think it's been months since she's gone in her own yard. She just doesn't like to dirty her own home I guess.

Resonance is not bad for a headliner. It's been bundled twice, true, but both of those bundles were a good three years ago. Nothing since. If you don't have it, this could be worth it. Of course, that's the one decent game in this bundle, and you'll be stuck with the rest.
