CAGiversary!
A friend of mine just called me from GS saying they received an e-mail that B2G1 starts this weekend, he didn't relay the length of it wether just the weekend or the whole week, but IT'S BACK!!!

Well I called the 3 around me, and they did say they got the promotional materials, but it isn't this weekend for them. Two of them I generally don't go buy, but I called the manager at the mall store and he said it wasn't this week. Course they may not have got their email yet, I don't know.
::looks at the floor:: Majored in Accounting. Plus it seems there's always a new person with the same question.
You should know better that acct. has nothing to do with math. I hate when I tell people I majored in Acct. & Finc. and they say "oh...you must be good in math." Nope just good with punching numbers into a 4 function calculator....haha.

confirmed by my local gamestop.

unfortunately, i'm looking for DS games, and their selection is rather poor.
most of the titles i want are either new only, or in stock 30 miles away at another store. ;(

sweet, I don't feel like waiting for the toys rus deal so I will probably get some games for my ps3

uncharted
ratchet
either heavenly sword or the show

Well I now have to debat weather I should return my copy of Tales of Vesperia and rebuy with two other games or just take it with the discount that I got already

Wow, the B2G1 is going to be active online? I don't think they've ever done that before.

EDIT: And it's active now, if anyone is wondering.
I wish I could find a store with three wireless adapters. I actually have two other friends who want one, and 45 bucks would be the sweet spot.
If you can't, the wireless adapter is available online. You'll have to wait a bit and will probably want to test them extensively to make sure they don't send you a dud, but at least you have another option.

EDIT: Just popped into my head, though, that you'd have to pay shipping, because SAVER only stacks with CAG16. Silly GS.

I was buying some games today and I noticed the clerk puting up the B2G1 signs up. I asked him when this was going into effect and he said Friday through Sunday. I asked him if it was just that GS or all of them. He said all of them.

I immediately thought about returning the 3 games I had bought until I realized that all 3 games had different prices.

bigdaddybruce44- I thought that the 50% off sale was over last Sunday or did I miss something?

If there is a game or 2 around its price that you really want then go for it, if not then its better to stand pat since IMHO itd be better to pay a little extra (like 3-4 bucks) for one game you really want than an extra $35+ for 2 you dont want and will never play.

The games are still cheap online (Prey is $4, for instance). Anyway, I deleted what I said, because using CAG16 and SAVER is probably just as good. Thus, no need to jump now, just because of the B2G1.

If anyone is wondering, the B2G1 free works on systems too. I added preowned two wired controller 360 bundles and one wireless 360 system bundle and it took off the 169.99. Before shipping and tax, the total is 350, making it 116 per system. I'm tempted for some reason  I just wish I could figure out why the Edge won't stack on any items using this promo. It'd be hillarious if it took off on the 360s too.
They also have 60 GB PS3s in stock too, 430.

WOW! :whee::whee::whee:I bet they will find a way to close that up real quick.

Yeah, I bet. After tax and shipping, it's 131 a system. But no warranty or hard drive... Maybe it'll benefit someone.

I believe Edge discount doesn't work on used systems, just games and accesories.

Yep. I put some items in my cart, used the code, and my EDGE did apply.

No, I couldn't get it to apply on a non-system order. I knew it doesn't normally apply, but given the fact the B2G1 applied to systems, I wanted to see, mainly because I cannot get my Edge discount to show up on the wireless adapters.

it seems online this won't combine with free shipping :whistle2:( tried the code SAVER and it wouldn't let me

edit: also wouldn't give me 2 free games in one order even though I had six games in the cart
