If I didn't have a huge backlog of games, I'd get Prototype for PS3. But otherwise, a considerable of fail.

Also, for what it's worth, the manager who's been at my Gamestop forever said they were going to stop doing the B2G1 in favor of the 50% TIV that went on recently. Not sure if she meant altogether, or how she'd really even know, but just fyi.

You can return a used game within 7 days for any reason whatsoever, including "I didn't like it". So you will have no problem. People like to complain about GS, but I've always had good experiences, and their used game return policy is a great example of that.

Still disappointed about the lack of a deal for either of the two No More Heores games.
 
Quake 4 for $14.99? Are they serious? It's $4.99 used right now. Why would I pay $10 more for it new or possibly gutted.

No More Heroes 1 is out of print (so you'd do well to look for a copy that's still in stock now if you really want a new copy of it), and No More Heroes 2 is too new.
 
bayonetta for 360 at $40 is decent right? Been considering it for awhile and I personaly haven't seen the 360 version for less than 50 yet.

If you're a fan of games like DMC or God of War, then yes. Easily a top-tier game in the action genre.
 
Without a doubt.... I played DMC3 and NG2 through about 10 times each... just had a backlog of games from the steam sale when this came out in Janurary. Still do, but $40 seems more justifiable

You're gonna open it and play it anyways, just get it for a the cheap price and go at it.

If you want it sealed.. ask them to hold it for 24 hours, or return/rebuy them. If that fails, buy them online. I think they're ordered to gut all of the gameday sale items right before the sale starts so your chances of finding them sealed are limited.

Fallout 3 for $20? I'm not much of an insulter, but are they stupid? Why would I spend $20 on a game when I can spend an extra$20 to $30 to get the GOTY version with all of the DLC which is $10 a piece.
 
Because not all of the DLC is very good? I didn't really enjoy Operation Anchorage and I've heard that Mothership Zeta is similarly lacking. There are still over 100 hours of content without any addons.

At this point I'd still advise someone on the fence to wait for the GOTY version to drop to $30 ala Oblivion GOTY but I don't think it's out of line to discount the regular version down to $20 for a sale.
 
I might pick up Fallout 3 non-GOTY for $20, because it's unlikely I'll even finish the stock game, let alone any DLC. If I ever do finish the game and want to get to DLC I'll just pick up the two everybody says are good. It will still be cheaper then buying the GOTY now.

You might want to check your local targets, it is at 9.98 on clearance - YMMV though
 
SAW for 25? The other thread said it was gonna be 20. Hmm I might not get it at that price. If blazblue has a good price I'll definitely be picking it up. And any other cheapies
 
Sacred 2 and Prototype for $20... hmm, wonder if we get employee discount on Gamedays sales stuff. If so, might have to get both.

wait a second. The price of Quake 4 on the site is 4.99, which is the current price, and on Friday (according to the op) they are RAISING the price to 14.99? wtf kinda of fucking BS is that?

Just curious how do you know blazblue is 20? It's on the website but the price hasn't been adjusted. The OP doesn't even have blazblue on the list

Edit: nevermind I didn't know you were talking about the PS3 version. I hope they have it for that price for the 360. The OP doesn't even have it listed for the 360 but it is listed on the website as one of the games that will be on sale.

Do you even go here? It's been on every page for the last ten pages or so.

Short answer, we don't know for sure. They haven't advertised it yet (which they never do because it'll kill used sales now). It'll probably happen Easter weekend.

Just dont know and curious, is the OP of this list a reliable source for this info? SAW PS3 was $19.99 in the other two threads that started before this one. Could that be a typo or other info be wrong?

EDIT: Nevermind about the price as I see it is the same OP in the other thread, just old info. But I guess it still stands, why is this info reliable?
