Worst coupon ever considering you have to hold that reserve for almost 7 more months to cash in on it. Or attempt to cancel it before then.

I'm amazed that they keep giving such junk used deal of the weeks, they must still get a ton of PS2 sales.

i agree. considering most cags on here paid around 40 for it and these can be snatched up on craigslist for around 25$, this is a pretty sweet deal.
 
Is it an amazing deal? Its a decent one sure.

If you trade in Madden 10 to GS right now without that coupon you would get 35.63 before edge with the 50% Bonus

yes 40 > 35.63 so it a decent coupon, but since it so limited I wouldn't say it an amazing deal.
 
Sweet! I was just about to trade in Madden 10 using the bonus credit deal, but getting the extra $2 in credit will help recoup some $ from paying tax.

Hmm. I don't doubt that, but I can't find it. Probably got removed once I actually put the coupon up. Anyway, it's only 2PM. Might get in trouble getting loaded up at work. Did that at my old job. Once 5PM hit, the doors were locked, music was cranked up and the booze was brought out. With permission of the owner of course. Good times. I miss that place.

I got $38.01 for Madden the other day with the 50% promo. Obviously it's not the same, but it's close enough.

So by using the coupon you get ~$2 in additional credit but GS gets to hang onto your $$ for another 6 months, which equates to about a 10.5% return for them.

I'd still take the $38.01 now, buy something else I really want, and pick up Madden at something less than the $60 street price once it's out (it's easy enough to find $10-$20 GCs with major new releases these days).

every week whymustiregister helps us out by making a PDF with 6 copies of the coupon on one page. Jp will take the link from wmir and update the op with it. You will find a placeholder under the single coupon link waiting for wmir's post.
The 6 coupon PDF on one page is useful since it makes the coupon a nice wallet size and sometimes there is a coupon that is worth hitting up multiple gs with.
 
Not that good of a deal IMO. Right now the PS3 version on Amazon has a trade-in value of $35.50 and the 360 version has a trade-in value of $29.75. Both versions have a similar value at Gazelle and you get 5% additional if you get paid by an Amazon gift card (and there are often additional coupons adding more). Plus, Gazelle gives you a month to get the game to them so you have plenty of time to continue playing the game.

Then you can use that money to preorder Madden 11 for $59.99 with no tax at Amazon where you get a $20 gift card back with the game.
 
Wal*Mart or Amazon deal is better. They both give you a $20 gift card or video game credit for purchasing Madden 11. And you can get $30 for your trade-in (360 or Wii -- PS3 is $35).

All deals assume you are trading in Madden 10 for Madden 11
GameStop -- pay $20 for Madden 11
Wal*Mart -- pay $30 ($25 PS3) for Madden 11 and $20 gift card
Amazon -- pay $30 ($25 PS3) for Madden 11 and $20 Video Game Credit
At W*M and Spamazon, you are essentially paying $10 out of pocket for Madden 11 if you trade in M10 and buy a $20 Store Gift Card.

Seeing as I already have a $30 Amazon Video Credit, if I wanted this deal I should probably do it through Amazon.
