GTA IV .ebay..yeah

Not to be the bad guy or anything, but you played it, it's not brand new. Brand new means it is still wrapped.

Just saying this because recently I've heard of ebay closing down auctions with the terms brand new for a used item since it technically is not. Might want to try Like new instead

What ^ said. I'd remove brand new and mint condition from your description, otherwise you've got yourself wide open for a dispute.

i nver buy stuff if theres not a picture of the item no matter what

edit: and yeah thats wack that you said you played it, but are listing it as brand new.
Agreed with the whole "Brand New" thing. List it as "Like New".

Also $8.00 for shipping is a bit excessive.
Normally I would agree with you on the shipping, but there are a few things to consider. Priority mail rates just went up, so he's only ahead a few bucks on the shipping. I think (and this has already been debated before) that $2 to $3 is okay for time, gas, etc. Others would disagree, but it probably isn't excessive enough to have his auction pulled.

Now the guys charging $20 to ship a game? That's excessive.
