I have not and I am pretty angry about it. I am in a gamerscore league until Jan 1st so playing games that take a long time to get pts is not a good choice. Hence why I get to play winners like Brave, Cars, March Madness 07 & 08, etc...

However my new years resolution is to put aside my lust for points and get back to playing and enjoying games while completing them for all achievements. Rest assured DA is on my hit list to complete 100%. However another bioware game is going to be beaten for full gamerscore before #2 comes out :D

EDIT: Too tired and excited to game tonight. So instead I will be FINALLY revamping/organizing my cluttered ass list.

I don't 1000/1000 many games, but I'm pretty sure I will for Dragon Age. I'm about 75% done with Mass Effect too, so like you I'll probably try to complete that before 2 comes out.
 
My rents got it for me as a gift. So I did not pay for the MC2. If you are referring to other stuff it is money from flipping, etc... I had a lot of it tucked away into savings when I was in college :)

Although it is starting to bleed a little on the dry side due to me for some fuck 'ed up reason thinking getting a new special edition 360 everytime they are announced is a good idea...

Flipping though. Flipping is an amazing way to make money if you know your rare games. Having my crackberry around also helps being able to get on ebay when I don't remember certain values. I suppose I could share some of my flipping techniques (most of them are pretty basic though)..... PM me phoenix if you are interested :)

EDIT: I'm considering adding my Magna Carta 2 faceplate to my list as well. Any idea how much the faceplate alone could fetch?

sooooo... these japanese games are you buying them for collector's sake or are you fluent in the language and playing them.... If you are in for the collector's part of that than I'm with you.
 
Yeah I was referring to all the other brand new expensive stuff you have every week. It just baffles me. I aspire to live up to your spending limits. I buy things to flip all the time, and check eBay on my phone before I buy them, but I usually get attached and can't let go of the things I buy lol.
 
bump. So I sprained both my pinky and ring finger playing football today, and they're taped to my middle finger. I hate when sports injuries affect my gaming. :D
 
bump. decided to make a new gamertag to challenge myself to finish off games and have a 90% completion for the inevitable day when I hit 100K again. will be keeping my old tag around though for all the DLC & Arcade titles attached to it.

Free bump for good taste in PSPs. I myself am sorely tempted by the Lilac one and also really regret not getting that sweet Electric Blue PSP that was bundled with Madden 08 last year. It disappeared from shelves instantly.
 
Just thought I'd tell you I've decided not to go for a Lilac PSP at the present, so go ahead and get yours whenever you were originally planning to. I read up on the interlacing issues inherent to the 3000 model and I'm just not sure I want to upgrade yet. Odds are I'll just go for a used Madden 08 edition Blue 2000 whenever I get around to selling my 1000.

So my family out West here is going to be out of the country the whole month of December, and since they apparently hate giving X-Mas presents by mail I got mine a month early - Borderlands and AC2. It's almost like they asked me for a list of what I wanted (which they did). Very excited to give both a test drive when I get home (before returning to Dragon Age).

Already dropping the price on the PSP bundle? :shock: If I didn't already have one I'd have thrown down $165 in a heartbeat for that.

Bowser's Inside Story already on the TL? Did you just not enjoy it or do you throw everything you get onto the list for reference?

fuck 'ing amazon is rocking it for sales this week and it is not even black friday!

I am getting like 5 packages alone from amazon lol. Add to that a couple from newegg as well.

Sure glad I flipped that :ps3: Assassins Creed II: Master Assassin Edition on ebay for almost double :)

Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection @ $20 (used this as a filler with Magna Carta for the Discover Promo).

Only ended up paying $38 which was covered by my gift card balance. :D

Was really hoping for a Borderlands deal though..

I'm sure you got some good deals as well? I saw you up at 2-3am my time which was probably 4-5am for you. :lol:

Edit: Still gotta deal with the hoards during Black Friday.. the girlfriend wants to hit up the stores that are handing out gift cards for clothes. First time spending Thanksgiving away from home and I'm gonna have to suffer (I rarely head out for Black Friday).

Your high praise for Magna Carta II in the Amazon Deals thread helped me to get over my indecision. Here's hoping I actually like it!
