Bump...
I'll bump you again tomorrow when I go online, I just wanted to answer your questions before I forget

Here's a link to the new TOS if you want to read it more thoroughly:
http://legaldoc.dl.playstation.net/ps3-eula/psn/u/u_tosua_en.html
This is what I read that makes me think $ony is against game sharing:
"You may not provide anyone with your name or any other personally identifying information other than your Online ID, nor the name, password or personally identifying information of any other person or business through any means, including messaging, chat or any other form of PSN communication."
"You may not sell, buy, trade, or otherwise transfer your Online ID, Sony Online Services account or any personal access to Sony Online Services through any means or method, including by use of web sites."
I think most people don't take the time to read the TOS since they're so long, if only they just said: bend over and grab your ankles since that's what they really mean when it comes to your user rights.
Sony seems to be attempting to destroy themselves with the ridiculous terms in their TOS. I already started to really dislike Sony as a company ever since they tried to force me to downgrade my phat PS3. I have a fair amount of money sunk into DLC too but I've had bad experiences sharing digital copies of stuff so I wasn't about to try it again.
I'm taking off the Halo and PC stuff since there doesn't seem to be much interest in them. I'm planning on either taking them to a trade show and selling them there or on ebay. I'm not planning on selling everything only the stuff that's worth the least, I keep the rare stuff for a long time and think of it as future retirement money
