Happy Sleepy Tryptophan OTT

Happy turkey day. I just finished stuffing my first thanksgiving turkey with my girlfriend. No family today, just me and the gf.
 
I've prepared everything today with my mother, same as always. I just hope it turns out as good as usual.
 
I just woke up. I really need to try getting to sleep before 4am once in a while. At least it's better that the 6-7 I've been pulling off for the last week.
 
I posted this in the Halo 2 thread but no one is answering, so Ill post it on the OTT.
Yesterday I bought a Fast CAT5e networking cable (350 MHZ) for a Halo 2 LAN party. Will it work for system link? I want to know before I open it.
Also, if Im only going to have 2 Xboxs I can link them together directly, without a hub or anything right?

You need a cross over cable to connect two Xboxs together without a hub

You didn't yell that did you? That would creep out your girlfriend to no end (as well as her parents or anyone in earshot.)

:lol: I did mention to my gf that I felt like I was violating the turkey. I like your idea though. It cracked me up.

i, of course, read this as

So...am I the only one not having Thanksgiving today?

My dad's working, so we're doing ours tomorrow. My family has deteriorated to the point where not having it at all might be better, but we're still going to give it a try...

HAs anyone every read the product reviews at EB's website? Not a single one is sensical, you would think at least one competent person may have posted a review but no, look at the wavebird reviews for a really good example

Don't trust those kinds of reviews on EB's website. Get the wavebird if you don't already have it. It's great. I can't play without it.

The OTT is dead today. Maybe this one will live on until tomorrow...
 
Come on guys, we really got to get crackin on this OTT. Sneaky I think that tryptophan has already hit people. You don't want this OTT going tomorrow since nobody'll be here and that A) it's not turkey day and B) everybody'll be a sleep.
