If they don't have them, it's cool. I imagine GS would have some used, right? As long as that one works I'll just return the one that's broke.
Yeah, I don't see why they wouldn't.
Yeah, I don't see why they wouldn't.
Alright, well check at your BB. If that doesn't work I'll head to GS.

Hopefully it does, and you can send it along with 2001 .
At first mine wouldn't take it; they would only take the PH version, or GH for the PS2. I've traded it in a total of 3 times.
The second edition part makes it so I should be able to trade it in still, right?
The second edition part makes it so I should be able to trade it in still, right?
That's what the guy told me. At first he said, "We can't take this." Then he said, "Oh, it's the Platinum Hits. That one is fine." I think you should just explain that the PH/GH version has the hot coffee thing removed.
What's censored?
Fatalities
Fatalities.

Where did you order it from Linkin? For which system? And will we be able to play with people who have the US version?
I ordered the X360 version from Sendit.com it's on sale 25% off, got it for $42.XX after shipping...not sure about playing online with US versions...I'll find out soon enough when I get it.

Temp, does that TV even have VGA? I don't see it in the specs. I see 1 HDMI and 2 component.

Hooking a cable box up would require that basic HDMI cable you linked me to on Amazon, right? Could you throw me that link again?

its region free, you'll be fine

Yeah, I was wondering if I could order MKvDC from PlayAsia and if it would be region free (For the Fatalities, natch.)

Also, you guys reminded me - I never got around to finding another Hot Coffee GTA:SA. I saw one at a pawn shop. No, I don't want it for the HC, but for my game saves. I finished the game, completed all the side missions, etc - and then my old place was broken into and the thieves made off with all my PS2 games.

I bought the PS2 GTA trilogy, only to find out my game saves from GTA3, VC and SA are not compatable. I really don't want to play through them all again for those moments when I feel like goofing around with a backpack or whatnot.

That 50.9 QB Rating vs. Bengals stat line may be worse than the quote itself.

I can't believe my post office actually scanned a Gamefly return so that they'd send MK vs. DC out to me early. Now I have to send in Valkyria Chronicles in early if I want to get Naruto BB this week.

I have an HC copy...let me know if you want it.

Well, I have one copy that looks OG, but it clearly says "second edition" on the front cover and on the disc.

The HDMI on a 360 is underneath the plug for component/composite connection, right? The cable box I'll be getting only has composite A/V connections and coaxial out, no HDMI or component, so I can still hook that up to the 37" Westinghouse, right? Via composite?

Then, if I'm right about that HDMI port on the 360 (you can tell I've never used HDMI before ), I'd hook up my 360 with HDMI and my other shit with the component switch.

:whistle2:k
All this TV talk is making me look at mine.
Going through the source button, I have 2 HDMI ports, a VGA and a VGA-Component. What's VGA component?

My TV is 720p. Would I see/hear a difference between my current component set up.. compared to getting HDMI? What about VGA? :whistle2:k

Oh. Looking at newegg it has composite inputs. So I should be good to hook the coax cable into the cable box, cable box into the TV via composite, right?

My biggest fear is getting this and somehow having it not receive the TV signal. But it would still be worth it.

It'll play TV. This used to piss people off when I sold TVs. They'd buy a monitor thinking it was a TV and come back complaining. All I did was sell them a box that took coax in and RCA out that cost about $10 and it shut them up.

 Don't worry. I work down at a TV station (ugh) and people call like MILLIONS of times all day long. The advice you have been given here is correct.
Yes lilboo, espc if you watch DVDs on your xbox 360. It'll upscale them. There's a difference in gaming, but some people notice more than others.
Hmm. Well we DO watch DVDs on the 360. Normal and HD DVDs. So you'd recommend getting the HDMI more for the DVD, than the games?

Where can I gets a cheap one?!
And what about VGA? What's that about?
Lilboo, I see you have a new sugar daddy.

Wha ?!

I think VGA is the pc input.

HDMI is the simpler easier way to go. It just also happens to be better. One cable. Digital signal, instead of analog... do HDMI.

Get one from monoprice. Get 2 if you think you're getting a PS3. Maybe 3 if you want to try to run your cable box to the TV via HDMI.

There may be shorter options that are cheaper, but you probably want something like this:
