I don't get to game as much as I use to these days so I'm all in favor of games with a lot of checkpoints that quick save for me. Now the thing is they feel a little flawed. Recently while playing Splinter Cell Conviction rather than killing all the enemies or sneaking past them I made a kamikaze run to get to the next checkpoint once or twice. Have you ever found yourself doing this? In this case it seemed to make a part that should be difficult a little too easy. I guess it could be just bad level design in this case and not every game would be so forgiving but still....thoughts?
