Head to California Target if you want an Elite

Also note the 120 GB HD is $7 plus cheaper at Wal-Mart than any other retailer. If you're just going to pick up one cold with no coupons, trade-in's, etc. then go to Wally World.

Even though the Hard drive is way overpriced, I'm thinking about buying one just because I only have a few gigs free on my 360 and that's going to get smaller and smaller in the future with all the great games coming out.
How does the transfer cable work? Do you need 2 360s to transfer data from your 20 Gig to the 120 Gig?

Since the new Black 360 can not be modded I am passing on it. I will be buying a Black controller (as I need a second one anyway) and MAYBE the bigger HDD. I just don't download enough TV shows to warrant the additional price.

Turn off 360
Disconnect all accessories from USB ports (ethernet cable is fine to leave in)
Turn on 360
Connect 120 GB HD to transfer cable
Connect other end of transfer cable to REAR USB port
Insert HD transfer CD and follow on screen prompts

bread's done
